New car buying experience
This is the second vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Woodfield Lexus. The first vehicle we purchased at the dealership has also been serviced by the dealership. Buying Experience at Woodfield Lexus
We went to this dealership to look at a car that we saw on-line and ended up liking a totally different one. As we were walking up there was a salesman walking out to do something else and we asked him if he was busy and he replied "no, he could help us", his name was Luis Andrade, very nice and very knowledgeable about the cars, no pressure really, which we appreciated, since we were just looking. We ended up buying that day, which was a huge surprise to me since my husband didn't really want to buy a new car. There are a few things that the car needs to have done, but I have complete confidence that Luis will see to it that they get done.
