    Saleslady was A+. Purchased vehicle for a very good price. It was a pleasant transaction. Before leaving the lot with our freshly inspected car we noticed a large nail sticking out of a tire. They would not help to have it replaced and simply referred us to the service dept. Frankly, I was surprised by this attitude. Service person #1 (very rude) said they would order a new tire. Called after 2 days, service person #2 (very polite) said they had no record of this, and they would order the tire -should be in the next day. Called the next afternoon - service person #3 (confused) had no record of this. I hung up the phone, called Dunn Tire, they ordered the tire, it came in the next day and they mounted it up. At this point I want absolutely NOTHING to do with their service department. I will drive to Erie or do the work myself!

    When I first pulled into the car lot Paul Staar (salesman) came right out. He was very friendly fast and efficient. He asked all the right questions and we looked at a few cars that fit my needs and budget. Charlie in financing did everything he could to help though it was difficult to get financed at first they never gave up and always kept me updated! Finally when I did get financed it took about 15 minutes to get me in my car and drive off. But before I did Paul made sure I was completely satisfied with everything. My car was completely clean inside and out and had a full tank of gas. What really surprised me was the follow up call a day or 2 later to make sure I was happy and all was going well. I highly recommend this dealership. When I am ready for a new vehicle Luv Toyota in Lakewood N.Y. will be my first and probably only choice. I really appreciate that I was treated as a person and not just another sale.

    As part of my sales deal, I was offered 3 complementary oil changes. I drive this truck very little & contacted Luv to have my 2nd oil change completed. I was directed to their satellite location next door 'All Makes Express Svc' to complete the task. The next day while driving I heard a strange rattling noise. Upon further inspection, I found that half of the hardware for the skid plate was not reinstalled. I contacted the location and was told that they would rectify the situation when I returned for my third oil change. Well... I just called to schedule that third oil change and was told that my service has expired and was no longer valid. The service manager was blunt in saying that he could not help me but I should check with Charlie(F&I mgr) who offered me the deal. This next phone call was even less productive, as Charlie was very short with me as he re-affirmed that my oil change had expired & I should schedule with his service department to have the skid plate re-attached. Needless to say - if I will be performing my own oil change, I guess I will take it upon myself to correct their poor work. It's hard to believe that in this day & age of business, that a high level employee could be so shortsighted as to leave a customer unhappy over a $30 service that I was promised - after their own facility performed sub par work. There are many choices out there in the auto business & this experience will definitely affect my next decision of where I purchase.

    Can't say enough good things about LUV. Made the mistake of purchasing my truck from another Toyota dealer a couple years ago and did not have a good experience. I've been having the truck serviced at LUV ever since. The service department is easy to get along with, asks you before making any repairs, and is timely. I have worked with sales staff as well and they were hands down the best I have ever dealt with. Truly no pressure, even after I didn't end up buying they were great. Prices seemed fair. Look forward to dealing with LUV in the future, would recommend to friends and family.

    I recently leased a Rav4 from Luv Toyota in Lakewood, NY. It was recommended by my daughter, who has leased several cars from the business, and also recommended her salesperson. After describing my needs we agreed on the Rav4. The paperwork was handled quickly and efficiently and my new car was prepared for me within days. I feel like both the manager and my salesperson were interested in my needs, and I will be taking the car there for service when the time comes. When the time came for me to take possession of the car, Connie gave me an introduction to the car, with an offer to repeat anything that confused me in future. I am more than pleased with my experience at Luv Toyota in Lakewood!

    Excellent Service Department, Joe and Mike make the customer feel welcome and keep them the customer well informed about what is going on with the services of your car. John your mechanic is one of the best I have seen in his field. He is a hard and fast worker.

    My problem is only with the person who offered us an absurdly low price for our trade in. They did not even put the top down and rated my vehicle as fair condition. The one we were going to purchase was full of scratches. (price was good, but come on). When we questioned it, the salesperson came back with the printout from Kelly Blue Book, and she said "numbers do not lie." Yeah, numbers do not lie, but the person putting the information in sure can lie or make a mistake. My whole thing is that this should have been taken care of right then and there, when my husband and I said no way that's not right because we researched the value of our car before we came in. I was so angry, I did not even really look closely. When I got home, after stewing for awhile, I went into Kelly blue book and come to find out, they priced our car as a different model. So, they lowballed us by $2,000, and they refused to listen to us when we questioned the offer. Not happy, never will return, and will go out of my way to tell people to stay away from this dealership!

    I climbed under the rav 4 I was looking at. everything checked out. Drove it for awhile and liked it. Did not get it for the price I wanted. But thought it was a good price, with my rav 4 trade in. That is what I get for thinking. I was washing my (new) used car. water inside the driver door, gasket cracked, No they won't fix it. but they did split the bill of $190.00. So now I'm already out $95.00, mind you this is only 3 day after I purchased it. On a steep hill, rolls back, whatever happened to the anti-roll back, Don't know it's just gone. So been 2 months now, going to listen to John Denver CD. You guessed it CD Player does not work. ERROR 1. Just great, So back I go. Lets see what they soak me for this now. You know sometimes it just the little thing that make or break a good deal(er).

    I must say, I am not one to take the time to write reviews, but I feel one is necessary to express my feelings about the service department at Luv Toyota. I spend about 2 weeks a year in Chatauqua, and have been servicing my Toyota 4-Runner at Luv for the last 3 years. I wish I could have these guys service my car all year round. I live in Delaware, and do not get the smiles and extra care that I get from Joe and his staff. Not everywhere you go does the manager come out of his office to greet you and serve you cold drinks. The man at the desk said I needed air filters, and he brought me the ones from my car to show me how dirty they were. When they were all done, they pulled my car back into the drive, so I did'nt have to get wet in the rain. I can't think of anyone who likes to take their car into a shop for an oil change, but these folks make it as great an experience as one can have! Kudos to Joe and Luv Toyota - Keep up the great service, and I will see you next year.
