I called them after calling a competitor in Auburn and these guys, especially Erin, were on the money and there was absolutely no dickering. I told them... what I wanted, what I was looking for, and 2 hours later the deal was done. The competitors couldn't keep up with Ithaca Honda if they tried! This is the second vehicle purchase I have made with them, both over the phone, and the competition in no way could keep up. Straight forward and easy to work with. Just purchased a used Odyssey from Maguire Honda and I can’t say enough positive things about the dealership. In 4 weeks and 7 visits they have not been able to fix our snow tires. We have had to call tow service. We have been saved by carrying a pressure pump... that runs from the cigarette lighter.

Dealer lost my registration. My temporary registration runs out tomorrow. The manager, Seth Cohen was rude, yelled at me and hung up on me when I called.... My insurance was cancelled except for liability because the dealer didn't send a bill of sale or MOS to my insurance company. Countless phone calls to the dealer only to be told not to worry, they know what they are doing. My new CR-V will be parked until HONDA OF ITHACA CAN mail me my permanent registration. I was billled 160.00 for a the new registration even though my trade was just registered a couple months earlier for 2 years, it turns out HONDA OF ITHACA owes me a refund with my new registration.TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. A co-worker of mine said he was treated the same way, he drove over 100 miles to Rochester to purchase his new CR-V. NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.
Great place to purchase your next Honda. Best car buying experience, Erin made it stress free. It was worth the 1 1/2 drive to the dealership. Purchased... a Pilot and leased an Accord.
Brought my truck in for the airbag recall - had my own issues with Honda of America and the fact that I had to pay for my rental to which Honda Corporate... was of absolute no help. Finally picked my truck up after the dealer had it for a month - the exterior was filthy and they scratched my beautiful black truck to hell. Pictures before and after it was brought in. Service manager told me they don't wash cars - yet they wash cars for deliveries and body work, and that there was no way the damage was done to my truck while they had it and even if it was, they aren't liable for damage done while on the lot. This looks like someone took a screwdriver to my paint. First, and last Honda and exactly why I don't bring my truck there normally. Again, Honda of America highly unhelpful.
I would like to say how pleased I am with the personnel in your parts and service department -particularly Steve T. In 2013 I bought my first Honda ever... at Honda of Ithaca. In 2014 I needed an oil change and inspection. In the past I dreaded the long wait I often encountered while having my car serviced. Not so at Honda of Ithaca. Steve T. was not only prompt but also very courteous. Seemed as though I was on my way out almost before I got there. Then last week I needed fuses checked. I never even got to sit down before the work was done. Again Steve T. Thank you so much Steve !
