Every time I visit Bill Jacobs BMW service department I deal with Moe in the service department. Reason being he always makes my visit a breeze. He is easy to deal with and very transparent and thanks to him. My car is now at 186,000 miles and going strong. Thanks Moe and keep up the good work. Great customer service.

Amazing Experience
We had a great experience with Giovanna (Gigi) Montalvo with our purchase of a new 2023 BMW X3. She made the process of buying a vehicle very easy and smooth. I would recommend Gigi to my family and friends if they are in the market for buying a new car. Gigi was able to work with us to be able to apply my employer's discount for the vehicle. Bought our second BMW from Mark at Bill Jacobs BMW and it has been a pleasure doing business with him and dealership personnel. Professional, personable and very knowledgeable. With the current automotive part shortages and uncertain delivery lead times he provided us with regular updates and delivered the vehicle earlier than expected. A relative ordered the same car as I did from another dealer, and it took her 7 months to get it vs. 3 months for us.
