My wife and I have been working with Bill Jacobs BMW of Naperville for both our cars for over 15 years. In that time we've always received the best service. For every car we purchase or lease, about 1 every 3 to 4 years for each of us, Bill Jacobs has been our go-to dealership. I was able to negotiate with Khalil offsite. He was extremely responsive and patient with my responses. We came to pick the car up and he took us for a test ride.
