My husband and I went car shopping recently and victoria also known as torri was so unprofessional. I felt like the whole time we were there she was hitting on my husband. She did not make us comfortable at all. I will come back and i will never purchase a car here due to this experience. She was over the top unprofessional and its clear she didnt care!

Guys were very friendly but sold me a Jeep with a bad battery I had to replace on my way home.

I fixed the issue by buying a new battery on my way home which I shouldn’t of had to do after just purchasing the vehicle. It’s been a whole month since you could get back to me.

Rich Ward is very rude. People like you don't deserve your position. I really had a very bad experience with ya'll. Hope the management will do a better job next time. I think they're better without you. you know nothing about your job.


Sam who showed me some cars was the only nice one

Wanted to test a new malibu, but none was available.. My 10 year malibu was having some electrical problems and usually Dave was always nice to me-not that day.....he said there is alot of stress and I asked him to repeat what was needed to repair my car..he said it three times but I wanted him to say it again in front of my niece, and he said its highlighted...I have not brought my car for oil changes there in 5 years so he was not nice at all...

Wasted my time

Was looking at a vehicle online and used the chat feature on their website to see if it was still available. The rep on chat said yes and helped me set up an appointment for the same afternoon (today). About an hour before my scheduled appointment, I received a call from the dealer confirming everything and that they would be available when I showed up. When I got there I was greeted at the front desk and a sales rep (didn't catch his name) advised me the car was already sold. I told him I just got a call an hour prior that it was available and my appointment was scheduled. Their call center never took the car off of the website or updated their system. According to the sales rep, it was sold about a WEEK ago. I drove 35 miles one way up 43 (toll road) to go see the car. So thanks for wasting over an hour of my time, toll money, and gas when it's over $3 a gallon. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM IF THEY CAN'T EVEN KEEP THEIR INVENTORY UP TO DATE OR THEIR CALL CENTER/DEALERSHIPS ON THE SAME PAGE.

recent visit

I recently brought my Impala in for an oil change/tire rotation. The service department was awesome and had my vehicle serviced quickly. I always appreciate the service that I receive from Century III Chevrolet. Great job!!!
