Had to give personal info prior to looking at car. Took 45 min to locate car and couldn’t find keys. On second visit waited 45 min to see car because they... couldn’t find key. Salesmen were friendly guys. During purchase they raised the price for detailing costs. Other people called from a different site to say car was ready but that was wrong information. Seemed like no one knew what the other was doing. Car was detailed well thanks to Jason putting in personal effort. Will never return to this dealer unfortunately. I wanted to make my daughter happy with a first car despite all the red flags to run. I did get a Walmart gift card for visiting though.

Engine light was on because oxygen sensors went bad I had to pay for an oil change because bad oxygen sensors caused fuel to get int the oil Leather seat... had a wear spot on it at 12,000 miles I talked to the service manager and he told me to wait till it wore through and it will be covered under warranty It wore through at 26000 miles and GM won?t cover it

They never returned my messages about a 2019 Chevy Traverse. If they were really customer focused then they would have at least returned my request for... information. I ended up buying my vehicle from somewhere else.

Walk in to see about a car first thing I was ask was to fill out credit app did not even show me a car they started talking number when I finally found... a car they would not even let me drive it he said we don't let people test Camaro it's not a Lamborghini. they had a 2018 impala it was a demo with scratched wheels the inside was filthy with 4000 miles on it they said it was still new the sticker was 41000 and they wanted 40000 dollars. This is a shady dealership the Sales managers had bad attiudes. Because I am black I guess they feel it's unlikely I can get a loan
Long story short. They were careless in thejr sales approach. They made many mis information errors. When they brought the "new car" down for me it had... been severly dented. They said they woukd take care of it. There was supposed to be a rack on the roof. Nope. They said they would have it put on. Nope. Needed to order it. 3 weeks. Needed a car with a roof because of travel to New York. Said to come over and they woukd give me one. Got there, no one knew I was coming! Brought down a Tahoe. Left and started home. NO GAS IN THE CAR!!! Called and they said to come back and they would fill it up. Almost home. Said to save the gas receipt. These people have no idea what each other is doing. STAY AWAY! !!!!!!

We've taken our Saturn Outlook (GM) there several times for service and they have helped with recalls and some complicated repairs. All at what I consider... fair prices. Keith has worked with us on multiple issues and I recommend contacting him as long as he is with them.
