Omar was very patient and knowledgeable about car. Great customer service and I left with the car I wanted.

My desires were not met.

My desires were not met. When it came to financing they forced their financing on me. Additionally, the communication was poor in dealing with me solely. I went back to the dealership to pick up my tags and was first told I was not in the VA DMV system and then that there was a problem with the DMV and I had to take care of it. When the car was delivered to me it was half washed and the salesperson got mad when I spoke on it. I just didn’t feel valued as a customer. I feel like my experience in car buying was challenged repeatly from sales to management. I take pride in not haggling people in business, but I didn’t receive this in return. I really regret not walking out when I had multiple data point that they were lying to me.

Omar is by far the most knowledgeable sales

Omar is by far the most knowledgeable sales representative My family and I have ever met. He was very personable and treated my children with compassion! He stayed back after his working hours to help find us the right vehicle. We are truly lucky to have come across him. We enjoyed his bubbly personality and high class service!

New Car Sales Dept Management is not honest...

The new car sales department wasted my time and have poor customer relations. Had me put $1000 down to try and secure a car from another dealer. The car was sold, and I was never notified as promised by close of business said day. Had to call the next day to find out the deal fell through. Then they tried to tell me they were looking at other dealerships trying to find the vehicle I wanted. Needless to say I requested my money back. These guys lie with a straight face, and knows how to waste customer's time.
