Close to a deal on a car they didn’t have and gave them a...

Close to a deal on a car they didn’t have and gave them a deposit. They ultimately couldn’t find the car and they refused to refund my deposit quickly. Took 23 days for them to process the refund…left several messages for the GM…he never called me back
