The price was fair. There wasn't the typically this is the listed price, but..... with several additional add-ons. Rutul was friendly and not pushy.

We highly recommend Spitzer Toyota
Our first experience at Spitzer Toyota was about a year ago. My husband needed a new car but wasn't sure what he wanted. He was happy with the brand he always drove but wanted to see what else was out there. Doug worked with him and he ultimately decided on a Camry Hybrid. The buying experience was pleasant and easy, with no pressure. Doug is very knowledgeable and took the time to get to know us so he could help us figure out which model and trim level best fit our needs. We have been so thrilled with our Camry that we just traded my car in for another hybrid, a Highlander. Again, Doug and the whole Spitzer team made buying a new car a great experience. We've been very happy with the customer service, quality and value at Spitzer Toyota and highly recommend them.

Excellent Sales Experience
My wife and I just bought a 2018 Camry Hybrid and worked with Doug Klenoshek. He was so easy to work with. We never had a salesperson who was so helpful. He came in on his day off to deliver our vehicle and explained everything about the car in great detail and spent a lot of his time with us. He certainly went the "extra mile" for us. We would highly recommend Spitzer Toyota and Doug to anyone buying a vehicle.

Reasonable negotiation, one problem
We had an appointment a week in advance with sales manager Jason Barkman, but he never showed up. So, Brian took his place to work on the deal. It kind of makes me wonder why I spent the time to set up an appointment with Jason, but things like this happen, I suppose. Brian and the sales manager were very reasonable and objective in arriving at a deal that seems, to me, to have been very fair. My complaint, that detracted a star, was they forgot to give us the second set of keys as we were leaving. The salesman forgot them in his pocket. After texting the dealer to get the keys, they responded by saying they put them in the mail -- two days after the sale and after my text. I suppose the cost of sending a FedEx to get the keys to the car we just purchased was too expensive. Kind of odd they'd inconvenience a customer the day after they just bought a $40,000 vehicle. I know these guys get paid on volume and customer satisfaction. But I can't give a 5 star rating when I scheduled an appointment with a manager who didn't show up, and my keys are being snail-mailed to me 2 days after I requested them. So, they get a "plus" on volume of sales, and a "minus" on customer satisfaction.

Great Experience
The staff is friendly and treats you like part of their Toyota family. Lance Lesko was great to work with and made the transaction quick and easy. Ben Seddon worked a deal with us we couldn't pass up on a 2018 Rav4 lease. Lance and Ben explained everything to our satisfaction with complete transparency. We left the dealership very happy and thrilled with our new Toyota! I would highly recommend going to see Lance to purchase your new car.

From first introduction to completion of sale Brian Flaherty was easy to reach, responsive and available. Even at closing he, along with finance, worked out all issues and completed the sale to my satisfaction. Great overall experience.
