    I don like car dealers, or almost anyone selling anything. However, I had a great purchase experience with South Hills Honda. My sales person was knowledgeable, very up front and straightforward. He actually made the buying experience fun! Their finance department went the extra mile to address all my questions and concerns; and trust me there were many!! Im glad to have found such an amazing dealership and I will not hesitate to go back there to purchase another vehicle. Talk about a good impression.

    I needed to replace my 14 yr old Hyundai that had been death rattling (literally and figuratively) for months. My boyfriend also bought his Honda last year at SH Honda so I made the huge switch to Honda after doing extensive research on the Fit. My test drive was as long as I wanted it to be which is very important. I wanted to make sure the Fit was a similar drive to my Elantra GT hatchback. Aubrey was patient with me and answered all of my questions/concerns without just being a "yes man". My new Fit handles very similarly to my old car yet functionally it's night and day. Aubrey spent time going over all of the new bells and whistles before I left the lot, which was very helpful. Of note, the car (sadly) does not come equipped with a CD player but Aubrey gave me some easy tips on how to use a USB drive. Also, the finance guy (whose name escapes me) was great in helping me through all of the not fun parts of car buying. Overall, I'm in love with my new car and am very happy I chose this dealership.

    Just got a new 2017 car from Honda. Enjoying it and liking it more everyday. My sales man Garth Leiper sold me my second car and he is great. Would do anything for anyone. The service department is so fast and accomadating. Thank You Honda at McMerray. Joanne

    This is by far the WORST service department in the world. They give new meaning to the phrase "bad customer service!" Their incompetence is match only by their inability to follow through on any of their promises or commitments. I would never purchase a car at this dealership again and, unless you will never need maintenance on your car, I would strongly suggest that you never do as well!

    Dear Matt S, Let me begin by apologizing for any (and all) of your aggravation. Please understand that (like you) we would like to resolve any issue you have with your Civic as soon as possible. As I am sure you can appreciate it is in our mutual best interest to do so quickly and thoroughly. Unfortunately it is very difficult to accomplish if we are unable to duplicate it and no trouble codes are logged in the vehicle's computer. Furthermore, we are reluctant to just start replacing parts if we are not exactly sure what direction to go. It is a bad practice and normally makes the situation worse. My suggestion is to allow us to drive the car (and start the car) for an extended period (several days) in an attempt to replicate and we will provide you a vehicle to use in the interim. If this is acceptable please contact our Service Manager (724-941-9101), Glenn Boyer, at your earliest opportunity and he will gladly coordinate. Again we are sorry for the situation.     Mike Hurt, my Salesman, treated me with the most undivided, individual attention and respect. I purchased a pre-owned Acura TSX. This is the fourth consecutive vehicle that I have bought from South Hills Honda and the second one that Mike has helped me with there. Frank Guerra - Sr. Finance Manager, has helped with all four vehicles and is a great pleasure to deal with. I will always look forward to doing business with Mike and Frank.

    My recent purchase of a 2016 Honda Civic was by far the easiest I have ever experienced. The sales and business staff were helpful, not pushy and used more of a consultative sales approach (not pushy in anyway) which I appreciated. All of my questions were answered. And I love my new car! Great safety features, comfortable and smooth ride.
