Copied from my VW satisfaction survey: I cannot praise enough Volkswagen State College’s Sales Manager, Mike McKay and the first class operation he helps... run. I felt like I was dealing with friends through the entire process of buying my 2017 Passat SE with Technology Package. I had been negotiating with several dealerships in PA, but Mike single handedly earned my business with his prompt and honest responses, as well as his genuine and charismatic personality. They had my paper work ready in no time and Audi Finance Manager, Ellen Fryer, walked me through all of my options and she gladly clarified anything I was unsure of. Ellen also explained and sold me on the extended warranties/protection plans without being aggressive or using misleading tactics like I've encountered at other dealerships. As an outbound call center manager I understand, appreciate, and admire ethical customer service while remaining a successful sales organization in industries where a few bad people have made an overall negative reputation for the good companies like us. I was offered a fair price without having to haggle or worry there were going to be hidden fees, Mike was upfront and honest while disclosing everything I needed to know before I even walked in the door. There was never any pressure to buy, and my time and concerns were always respected and addressed immediately. The whole experience from beginning to end was seamless, painless, and completely enjoyable. I have done nothing but rave about Mike and Ellen, and will continue to encourage potential buyers (cars.com, autotrader...etc) to contact them, I guarantee they will be willing to travel to purchase a car like I did. First service experience at this Audi dealership and so far so good. Service was done relatively quickly and the technician was friendly. Will be back... for future service appointments.

This was my first time for service for my new 2016 Rogue and I was very pleased with the attention to detail that was given and the customer service was... very professional. I am looking forward to the same service in the future. I was a wonderful surprise that my car was washed and vacuumed when I went to pick it up. That is a super nice thing for the service department to do as an added bonus.
Scheduled maintenance with an update performed. On time, friendly, and professional.
The people there were awesome and made me feel important and treated me as a person not a paycheck. That is A1 in my book. However after flashing my 'Key'... for the new computer it left my car almost incapable of driving. Something is wrong more so after they did my car. Now I have to mess around with the parts people and its going to cost me at least another 2 to 3 hundred dollars more to fix it. I am not happy. They did do a recall and I am scheduled for another Thank you for that. I depend on my car . Say a prayer for me and lets hope I ca do this. I love Nissans this is my 2nd. It has taken me hundreds of miles for chemo for my husband and has never left me sit . Thank you for a wonderful product even if I am having trouble. Linda
