I don’t think I’ve ever encounter such exceptional customer service before! Brandon was amazing! He made the experience easy. He took all my info, including my warranty info. He arranged for a Uber to pick drop me off while they worked on my car. I didn’t even have to ask. Honestly I wouldn’t have even known it was a complimentary service they offered. A few hours later I got a text from the dealership with results from the diagnostic. What I found impressive is that there was a link they send you of a actual video of the technician showing you different things from the inspection; brakes, tire threads, etc. Then a clear breakdown of costs and even suggested repairs as well - VERY HIGH TECH! Brandon had already taken my warranty info and handled everything. My repairs was 100% covered. I didn’t have to call and wait on the phone to see what was covered. Then once my car was ready, they arranged for a Uber to pick me up. Lastly my car has been working perfectly and I’m now worry free. Oh wait, they even washed my car. Just amazing service. I didn’t feel like I was being taking advantage of. I will definitely go back for future issues and refer them to colleagues/friends!

Poor service
Not good at doing service. Will rather break your car then fix it and not accept any responsibility but put down the phone on a customer. Promise to return calls but rarely doing so.

Poor service.
Poor service. Had an issue with the front tires on my car, they fixed it but obviously broke something else. I had the car towed to them so they fixed it again. Now, 2 month later, I again ad a tire issue. They again fixed it and 2 days later it breaks down with the exact same error code as before. Yet Holman telling me this is coincidence! As much of a coincidence as a lighting would strike the same place twice in a couple of weeks

My experience was excellent. Paul Hurlbert was very helpful in the complex ordering and delivery process from start to finish. All questions were answered in a timely fashion and if additional documents were needed, they were promptly provided. The pricing was also competitive, as they only charged MSRP, whereas many other dealers are overcharging. I will certainly be back if I desire another Honda in the future.

Just finalized leasing my 2nd vehicle from Honda; picked up my new CRV car Friday. Once again I’m happy with the transaction and my experience working with Jason Etheridge, sales associate as well xxx all the other team members. He’s easy to work with and made the experience pleasurable. Leasing a new vehicle can be quite a hassle at times, my experiences with the folks at Holman Honda Of Ft.
