New car needed
I had my vehicle in for repair and the cost was way more than the vehicle was worth. We started looking at the used vehicles, the only drawback was the fact that they do not negotiate on pricing, they give a really low price for trade in’s and the interest rates are way over inflated. You would be better off going thru your own bank on financing. We did meet with Austin Cox and he was very nice. I found a nice used vehicle. Let’s see how thing go from here on out. Good luck!

Give Hartman a raise
So this is the first Honda* I've owned, after owning more cars than I have hairs on my head**. It's not like a MoPar with a 440 under my foot, but I wouldn't expect it to be. This was my first oil-change, and thus my first experience with Holman's service dept. Hartman was as helpful as he could possibly be, and he deserves a raise. Having been in business for many years, I know that it's excellent employees that make (or break) a business. One or the reasons I considered a Honda is that your facility is close to my home, and I have every reason to be glad of it. I (think) I could actually walk over there if I had to. I was pleased with the service in the "ups & extras" dept as well; bought some floor mats. All in all, I've been in Chrysler dealerships that could learn quite a bit from your service dept. Thanks, Dan Johnson *or Japanese car, for that matter **and I'm far from bald

Excellent service center
Holman of Honda have courteous and professional staff. They provide excellent service and hospitality. I prefer driving the extra distance to Holman of Honda than using a Honda service center local to me.

I have no confidence that my car is being serviced properly
This is the 3rd time I have had my car in to Holman for service and I have no confidence that it is being serviced properly. There are several things that are frustrating about this service department, from the moment you walk in the door. There is no main service desk to check-in and no one to even greet you even though there are lots of employees sitting around on their phones. You are left looking around stupidly wondering what to do. I bought the car at Holman and was promised that was when I bring the car to Holman for service, it will be returned to me washed. My car is never returned washed!! This is a minor issue I understand...but, the car is supposed to be returned washed and it is not, it leaves me wondering what else they are not doing. I can only trust that they are actually getting under the hood. I was told service would take about 1 hour which sounds good but it always takes much much longer. No one calls to let you know that the car is finished. On this recent service when I returned hours later, the car was still not done. I sat in the waiting area for about an additional hour. I looked out the window at some point and my car was sitting out there... but no one had called me to tell me that it was done! I had to ask if that that was my car sitting out there. I was told that it was and that it was done. Well, I am glad I asked instead of waiting for them to call to let me know. At that point the service man asked if I wanted the car washed. WHAT?? Why wasn't it already washed?? That is part of the service!!! I was supposed to wait another hour for them to wash it?? This happens every time I bring the car in for service. On a previous service, they didn't wash my car and they said to simply bring it back another time. I decided to stop in one day for my promised wash. I waited 3 hours for them to wash my car!! I am left to wonder if they are actually servicing my car. Another issue: I had the car tires rotated. About 1 mile from Holman Honda, the flat-tire indicator light came on. URGHHHH!! I have to turn around and return the car to make sure the tire is not going flat? I am very disappointed with the car, the dealership and the service. I will never buy a Honda again. Unfortunately, I usually hold on to my cars for about 12 years, so I have to figure out a different game plan on this one.
