I would like to start by saying how well I was treated as soon as I walked in their front door. Buying a car there was a real pleasure. Everyone there is so knowledgeable especially my sales person Jake Ferris. I would highly recommend you make an appointment with him if you are looking for a car. Visited the dealership last SAT with my "special needs" daughter. Purchased 3 cars from these folks years ago and unfortunately my "former Mack truck sales manager" who was great to work with has long since retired. Ended up with a gum-chewing salesman, who has a total of 10+ months of car sales exp and 1 1/2 months with Milham. After taking 45 minutes to get my car appraised and then a test drive in a 2016 Prius, I made it very clear it made sense to wait for the 2017's to arrive because the Prius V five is larger/longer and may possibly be ordered with a sunroof. Meanwhile, while waiting around, <the salesman had to play the game of talking with his manager> my special needs daughter noticed a few other customers eating pasta <she was very hungry> so she inquired about being able to have some and no one ever replied. No big deal, right - we did not go there to eat! I also asked repeatedly for simply a ballpark price of an extended warranty and he deferred to the finance manager - who never showed up. I told him my records will clearly indicate that I have always been a cash buyer and did not care about financing. Still would not provide the price I'd requested. BTW - countless articles will consistently tell you those are a total waste of your money but the week before, on a trip out to Seattle,<as I shared with him, which is what prompted me to inquire about a Prius> I attended an event and met a Toyota west coast division manager who made it clear the 2017's are available. After waiting another 10 minutes and demanding my keys the sales manager finally comes over - I think his name was Tony, a nice man, he has been there 16 years <on and off> and knew the former salesman I had purchased several vehicles from in the past. Tony gave me the price of the warranty - which I thanked him for. We parted company, asked them to give me a call when I could order a 2017 and asked where my car was. Brandon simply said "out front somewhere" and walked away. By this time there was a driving rainstorm. When I could not find my car I went back to the front desk. Some young salesman stood up, asked for my keys, clicked the key FOB and pointed out that my car was approximately 75 yards and handed my keys back. There was no question everyone in that dealership knew there was a driving rainstorm underway and you could see I had a young child with me. No, I told no one Emily was "special needs". I had to run 75 yards <no one offered to walk me with an umbrella or to simply get my car for me>, got drenched and drove back near their front door, get back out in the rain, and get my daughter who I'd left standing by their door. I have my own company and customer service is paramount! I WILL NEVER VISIT THAT DEALERSHIP AGAIN AND WILL SHARE MY STORY WITH EVERYONE! I know Milham could care less about one disgruntled former customer but there are other Toyota dealerships in the area and I am certain they will gladly take my order for a new 2017 Prius.

I had an excellent experience with my salesman Jake Ferris. He answered calls and questions promptly. He was knowledgeable of the truck I was interested in buying. Next time looking for a new truck I will start with Milham Toyota.
