I bought my 2013 Chevy Sonic from Wind Gap Chevy in May 2013. My husband wanted to buy me a new car for mother's day. From the very beginning we were ...lied to. Let me first explain the way we first came in contact with this place. My husband was looking to trade in his 2004 F-150 for a nicer little bit newer truck. Unfortunately the dealership was unable to find us a truck that would fit our budget (contrary to their ads) so my husband wanted to be nice give them business plus me a new car. My husband spent alot of time picking the perfect car out for me via their online inventory. He contacted our sales rep Nate and told him all the necessary information for the car and asked him what we could work (I had a trade in). Well to make long story short Nate called my husband and told him he was preapproved for the vehicle he found online and asked if I could come take a test drive to ensure its what I wanted. My husband was at work so I went down by myself with the impression I was just test driving. To make a very long story short I was sweet talked into signing papers that day. I was informed my husband had no credit so they would not give the car to him. To make matters worse we were very specific on what the car needed to have which was a/c, alarm, and cd player. I was assured the vehicle I was buying had all these specs. Well on my way home I realized the car DID NOT have a cd player and my husband when he got home noticed the car had a bad paint job. Needless to say my husband promised our sales rep if I was made happy then come tax time he would buy his truck from them. After this horrible experience we are taking our business else where when it is time for him to buy his truck. I just feel they wanted to make the sale regardless of how many "lies" they had to tell. Their manager Monica also told us some lies as well. I wish I never did business with this dealership. They took my down payment (cash) plus my trade in and I'm still paying more for the vehicle they I should be. I should add that they did take the car back but I had to pay the difference since I had to upgrade models. On a positive note their service center is excellent. They take care of you as fast as they can which is why I make the drive to deal with them. Waiting area is very clean and comfortable. I like the drive up service the best. No waiting in line to just check your car in.
The GALACTICA was returning to its Bushkill base from sector AVR-14 via the wormhole cluster near Gliese 581 when our last, battle-capable Lacrosse fi...ghter came in contact with several Hermit Colonial Fighters from Cobiee-Addiee. Captain Wizzzbang was unable to send other Lacrosse fighters to assist the lone Lacrosse engaged with the Hermit Colonial ships because a factory recall on the data projector arrays installed on the 2011.9 Lacrosse models grounded the remaining fleet. Being out-numbered 8 to 1, the severely damaged Lacrosse was fortunate to break away in a helium storm and make its way back to the GALACTICA. For the next 20 light years the GALACTICA had no forward defense fighters available to provide deep space probes and advanced warning of impending danger. The GALACTICA was traveling known space channels and odds were favorable to reach Bushkill without further incident, but all stations remained on high alert. While in sector AVR-14 the GALACTICA was visited by Cerulean Senators to present Captain Wizzzbang and his crew with honorary citizenship in the Cerulean Interplanetary Circle. The honor was for their bravery and sacrifice securing Cerulean’s freedom from the Hermits of Sendan, part of the vast Hermit Empire. However, one of the Cerulean Senators was a Sendan terrorist in disguise, sent to destroy the GALACTICA and its entire crew. The terrorist hid two incendiary devices aboard the GALACTICA. No one was the wiser. The Captain’s sense of safety was correct and they entered Bushkill’s atmosphere without issue; however, now the entire Lacrosse fleet needed to be retrofitted with new data arrays and the damaged Lacrosse fighter needed repairs to the strut and stabilizer cover, blast shield and zero tolerance oil filtration system. The WINGAP-512 crew cleared the repair bays for this major undertaking. Three battle star class ships were mag-locked and degravitized to orbital positions above WINGAP-512 until the GALACTICA’s Lacrosse fleet could be upgraded and retrofitted. The work was estimated to take 0.25 bi-lunar moments to complete. Back on Bushkill, the GALACTICA’s crew was enjoying time on the halo-deck and shore leave with family and friends. Little did the crew know that this may be their last such visit. The Captain’s bridge was hailed by Colonel Kathy at WINGAP-512 announcing the Lacrosse repairs were completed and the fleet was cleared for duty. Captain Wizzzbang acknowledged Colonel Kathy and requested the return of the Lacrosse fleet to the GALACTICA by 18:00 hours. In his report, Captain Wizzzbang commended the crew of WINGAP-512 for the speed and skill with which they made the Lacrosse fleet battle ready. He also noted a reminder to schedule service for the GALACTICA after this mission to Kepler-62f which is a potentially habitable exoplanet orbiting the dwarf star, Kepler-62. Kepler-62f is 1.41 times the radius of Bushkill, making it the most habitable planet in the star-mapped galaxy yet. By 20:00 hours, the GALACTICA was beginning its transition to space from Bushkill. The GALACTICA was back at full strike force and ready for another adventure but how long would their adventure last with destruction possible at any time at the hands of the Hermits of Sendan? Will the GALACTICA be ripped to shreds or survive another alien life form aggression to explore again? Check in again at WINGAP-512 to see how the GALACTICA survives the Hermits of Sendan and the Cobiee-Addiee colonial fighters.
I drive a 99 Firebird, it was having some issues that my local mechanic couldn't figure out so we decided to take it to the dealership that i purchase...d the car at. I brought them my car and they plugged it into the computer but couldn't find anything. Instead of trying to figure out what is wrong with it, they put it off to the side and didn't even touch it. We called everyday to check up on the car, and were usually put on hold for two hours each day, only to find out that they can't take our call. When they did take the call, they were rude and it was obvious that they didn't even look at the car. For two weeks my car sat on their "back burner", where they look at the car "when they have the spare time". I finally got so fed up that I told them I just want to pick the car up, and that I will be coming that night. When I got there, my car wouldn't start and the window wouldn't roll up; I had driven my car in, and the window worked fine when i dropped it off. I took it to another mechanic, only to find out that the dealership just threw my car back together as fast as they could, and were the reason why my car wouldn't start. The initial problem still hasn't been fixed because my mechanic has spent the past week trying to fix the problem that this repair shop created. So just a word of advice, unless you car has the most basic problem such as an oil change. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS SHOP. They do not even deserve the one-star review that i gave them.
