Had to come in three times to test drive a car because we

Had to come in three times to test drive a car because we needed an insurance card with my name on it. Was told we needed a declaration page, which takes a while to update so the declaration page we got still didn't even have my name on it. Eventually we talked to a different dealer at the dealership and had a digital insurance card which worked.

I scheduled an appointment in advance to have a new

I scheduled an appointment in advance to have a new battery put in and dropped my Jeep off on a Monday. I had not heard any update at 4:30pm so I called to see if my Jeep was ready. I was unhappy to hear it hadn’t even been looked at. People schedule their lives around having transportation to get to and from work. The fact that they assumed I didn’t need my car the next morning was incredibly frustrating. That is the whole point of scheduling an appointment for a simple battery installation. I may not be back.
