We were at the end of the term of our lease and Alicia contacted us to come in about a new car. We texted back and forth about the vehicle we were interested in and shortly there after the deal was done. Alicia was wonderful to work with. She was very responsive to all our questions. She sent us pictures and just overall made the experience a pleasurable one. This is our third car from JM Lexus. I would highly recommend working with Alicia!
