Stellar experience

Very impressed with the service center, everyone was very polite. There was quite a large selection of vehicles on site. Looking forward to going for service.

Buying a car can be a difficult experience...this was awful!

After taking a test drive, I sat down with a Sales Manager and negotiated a price. He requested and processed my deposit. He told me they should have my car in a couple of days (they didn't have what I was looking for in stock) and then five days later they still had not responded to my phone calls (right up to the GM) or email requesting status....I believe they wanted me to walk away from the deal since I had negotiated a very good price. Lexus is a great car...this dealer is something else. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.

Great Customer Service - even after purchase was finalized!

I recently traded two cars in for a preowned 2013 Lexus GS350. I was willing to drive an hr to finalize the deal because Peter was so easy to deal with. He worked hard for me after the purchase when my bank lost the payoff check for my trade. Two months later when I was trying to purchase a new home the mortgage company was demanding documents 48 hrs before closing. Peter took the time to help me and for that I'm very grateful.

Winston helped me buy my first from a precious dealership and I really appreciate him a lot. Winston is not a sale person that tries to sale a car to you he really cares abiut your situation at the time and he does what ever it takes to make everything work for you. When I started looking for my new vehicle I had several options. I really wanted to get a new vehicle but the search became quite extensive and at times seemed endless. In the end, I found the best deal in a used vehicle but rather peculiar and better than I expected to find. Then, I traveled from central Florida all the way to Margate not only to find MORE than what I was looking for but also the personality in Mr. WInston Walker. He was very helpful, professional and the kind of person I really never thought I would encounter in the business. Mr. Walker was kind, honest, detail-oriented and knowledgeable about the product, qualities which are unique and hard to find in the world of the car sales business. This is the fourth Lexus we have purchased/leased from JM Lexus. Great experience - fantastic dealership - customer oriented and focused - very professional - great pricing and attractive financing/leasing. Consummate professional staff - both sales and service who all "aim to please". Would not consider dealing with any other Lexus dealer and have even passed on attractive deals from competitors in order to continue dealing with JM lexus. Ray Torres and Rey Noguira were the "best'!!

It began by doing months of research. I was on the market...

It began by doing months of research. I was on the market for a second car. After have looked over 20 potential vehicle online, I came across JM Lexus. They had the perfect car I was looking for, for the price I was willing to pay. It was a Thursday night around 8:40pm, when I was surfing cars.com and Dan Phillips was also online. I clicked the chat button and we began a very professional conversation. After a few questions answered Dan asked me for my phone number, and I gladly gave it to him. He called within 3 minutes he'd asked my phone number. I was very impressed right away with the level of professionalism and honesty. We chatted for about 10 or 15 minutes, then we set up a appointment for the next morning which would be Friday. While we were on the phone I asked If you could tell me about the condition of the car, and he said I will take a good look around the car and give you a call before you come tomorrow. I said great! He did just that. When I got to JM Lexus, Dan greeted me with the Sales Manager Brian Mintzer. The reception was top notch. Dan took me outside where the car was parked. We looked around the car, he was not lying when he told me on the phone that the car was in a beautiful condition. We went out for a test drive. I was sold. Not only for the car itself, but more for the amount of professionalism he provided me. I felt very comfortable answering his questions. He made me feel part of the family. Before we head back to the dealership, we stopped at the service center across the street. It was a beautiful experience. The dealership offers all kinds of entertainment for customers who brings their car for service while waiting for their cars to be ready. They even have a mini golf field in the top floor. We got back to Dan's desk so he can fill out some basic information. After that Brian Mintzer came in and the deal was done. Overall impression was superb. Mr. Phillips and Mitzer were absolutely outstanding. Will recommend them to everyone who needs a new car.
