Great buying experience!
Outstanding buying experience! I visited the showroom two weeks in advance of making the purchase decision. Maury Brodsky's demo ride presentations for both the IS and ES 2013 models were extensive and informational. When the time came to make the purchase, the only real questions I had related to color and price. The color question was resolved in short order. Then, discussion began regarding the final deal structure. Maury introduced me to Jeff Felder, VIP Business Specialist. Jeff and I discussed my "comfort zone" regarding monthly payments and he offered a multiple of lease financing solutions...none of which resulted in a satisfactory payment amount. This wasn't his fault, noting I was working hard to maximize the amount of car I would receive for my monthly payment. For a moment, I felt like the deal may not get done and I would have to settle for my #2 make/model selection from another dealership...located across the street. Sensing my growing concern, Jeff introduced me to Sales Manager, Matt Shearman. Matt is engaging and insightful. His actions and his words conveyed that he is motivated to find a mutual solution, not just sell a car. We spent approximately 30 minutes reviewing various financing alternatives AND speaking in general about satisfying client's needs. As a salesperson of 30 years myself, I appreciated his and Jeff's candid remarks. Bottom-line, Matt made the deal happen! I now have a new Lexus (which is incredible, by the way!), I stayed within my budget, and I feel as though I actually know someone (4 someone's actually) who will be there to help me if ever I have a problem! Now, that is a feeling that I wouldn't have expected to find! Lastly, a sincere thank you to Alex Bondarevsky, our Delivery Specialist who not only made sure the vehicle was ready for us to pick-up, but provided us with the Lexus Technology functions primer. As you might imagine, the Technology primer could have easily been a bit overwhelming. Alex did a great job though...and, most importantly, he provided us with that all important cell # of his...telling us to give him a call anytime with any question. Overall, great experience thanks to those individuals mentioned above. As much as I enjoy sharing a poor customer service experience with people, I find much greater satisfaction by sharing a GREAT customer service experience. THIS WAS A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! Thank you, JM Lexus!

People make the difference not the facility
I am current Lexus owner and went there to buy another one for my wife last week. I was impressed by the size of this dealer's inventory. Too many Rx's to choose from. The buying process however was so terrible that I had to report my experience to Lexus headquarters in Torrence, CA. We have been passed to their VIP section to finalize our buying process and we were introduced to a manager called Jeffrey Felder. A typical car salesman. He did everything he could to make us not pay cash but to finance the car. After offering us several incentives. We kindly rejected his offer of financing the car and offered to pay cash. He came back with extremely unusual excuses not to make it happen. When he told us that he still had to run our credit to make sure that funds were not coming from a terrorist organization by citing the country of my background, I got up and left. They have no respect whatsoever for their customer. It is amazing to see the distance they would go just to make a few hindered more. When I shop I pay attention to the service and people behind it. The toys they offer you to play it, such as an ipad, massage chairs or a little green simply will not cut it, especially for someone who is the market for a luxury vehicle. Think twice before you head out to this place. Are you sure to give your valuable business to someone who will laugh and maybe curse at you behind the scenes?

I went to JM Lexus with my parents to help my father buy...
I went to JM Lexus with my parents to help my father buy my mother her birthday present in January. We met Maury Brodsky. He is the most knowledgable salesperson I have ever met! He was extremely accomodating and focused on finding the right vehicle that would fit into my parents lifestyle as they were describing. We foundthe car my mother fell in love with on the pre-owned lot which surprised us al! When we returned to purchase the car, something made me stop cautiously and talk to my father to think again. Maury had driven us over to the pre-owned showroom in the new 2013 ES and I felt it was the perfect car for my MOM.. So I made some changes in our thinking and Maury was right there with me. Mr. Felder guided us into a wonderful 33 month lease for my parents. We are so happy with the experience that we' ve had at JM Lexus and with Maury Brodsky as our salesman.. He's so terrific! Great Personalized Service from start to finish
JM Lexus employs smart, courteous people who listen, Special laudits to Matt Shearman Sales Manager, Daryl Lewis the Delivery specialist, and Brian Benish who got the ball started by showing us the car we eventually bought. We have bought three Lexus cars from JM Lexus and we have always been happy with the result. It always takes time to purchase a car. Over the last 60 years we have run into nightmares as many have. This has never been the case with JM Lexus.

Not long ago, my wife and I headed out to find her a new RX Lexus, as that was her previous car, and she had decided she definitely wanted another one. Our plan was to visit several Lexus dealerships, and since we had heard a little bit about JM Lexus, we decided to start there. What a fortunate decision that was! We started with Khaled Dandashi, truly an RX Lexus 350 expert, and sailed right through a pleasant and enjoyable experience to finish with the purchase of a beautiful car at a very fair price. We highly recommend JM Lexus.

I have had my cars serviced at JM Lexus since 1998. This is my second Lexus and have received impeccable service and attitude by all JM Lexus personnel over the years. My accolades go to one individual who after nine of fourteen years has made my visits to JM a "very pleasant" experience. Bob Boumel "my" service advisor is not only friendly but exceptionally knowledgeable about keeping me on the straight and narrow in properly maintaining my RX 330. His guidance and direction has made my car keep running like the day it was delivered ( well pretty close) while holding down expenses. JM Lexus over the years services my vehicle right the first time. Any necessary repairs are fixed right without having to return to the dealership. JM PLEASE DON'T CHANGE A THING!!!
