    As I walked into the JM Lexus Showroom door, to the left, I was greeted with a polite, warm, and friendly, good morning. The smiling and charming young lady introduced herself as Unell and she welcomed me to JM Lexus. Ms. Unell has a gifted way of making one feel at home and welcome. While talking to this genuinely friendly lady, a gentleman walked up and introduces himself as Mel Malka. He was genuinely friendly as well. "How are you? How do you like your 2013 Lexus," he asked? We shared small talk for a short while. Mel mentioned to me that I qualified for a waiver promotion and asked if I was interested. I firmly said no thank you. As he politely turned to walk away, I asked, "What is a waiver promotion?" Mel candidly explained the meaning of a waiver promotion. I was impressed. Mel also took the time to explain the new safety features that come with the 2017s. Safety is a big deal for me so I continued to listen. He also reiterated the awesome promotion that was going on at the time and that I qualified--would I be interested? To that, I answered, "Keep going, I'm still listening." Then Mel said, "I want to introduce you to Omar. He is the guy that can work with you on possibilities." Mel made it clear to me that I am not under any obligations--walk away whenever I choose; there will be no harsh feelings. Still feeling hesitant, I stopped by Mr. Omar's office with Mr. Mel anyway. I expected someone to come and semi-politely twist my arm, and I was ready to say 'no not today, but it was nothing of the sort. Omar was courteous, friendly, and a-matter-of-fact ish. Omar laid out unbelievable possible offers that any qualified customer would find hard to refuse. Today, I am enjoying my 2017 ES-350 Lexus and all the safety features that come with it and I am still pinching myself making sure that I am not dreaming Thank you Mr. JM Lexus for a having such qualified and caring personnel Respectfully, Phil Washington

    Never in a million years did I think I would leave Lexus disappointed but end up with a 25K CPO BMW from VISTA BMW. I went to Lexus with the hopes of either leasing or purchasing a CPO is 200T. Turns out they couldn't , didn't even try to approve me for what I wanted! But pushed me to purchase something for 15K from their pre-owned lot. A Nissan Sentra or Toyota Corolla. And said that was my best bet!!!No one else would approve me. Kept throwing my credit score in my face, and telling me it was BAD NEWS. The salesman even laughed at my family and I as we walked back to our car leaving the dealership. I guess they thought a family driving that car should be happy to be in anything we offer them. It was pathetic. I learned a lot from "JM Lexus" and they will never get my money.

    Went to JM Lexus for regular service and was told by JM Lexus that I needed a whole new exhaust system, front to back. I thought that was unbelievable because my 11 year old car was running ok, but an "idiot" light lit up on my dash and I got it checked out. JM Lexus told me it would cost $8,000 for the whole new exhaust system. I just could not believe that diagnosis. $8,000 - are you kidding??? No, they said. So, this morning I brought my car to two muffler shops. Each shop had a technician that took me under my car to show me the underside. One part of my exhaust system was bad, the rest was all good. The manifold, the catalytic converter, the tail pipe...were all ok. I needed a new Y-pipe - whatever that it. So, I got my car repaired for under $300. Unbelievable!!!

    Went to JM Lexus for regular service and was told by JM Lexus that I needed a whole new exhaust system, front to back. I thought that was unbelievable because my 11 year old car was running ok. JM Lexus told me it would cost $8,000 for a whole new exhaust system. I just could not believe that diagnosis. $8,000 - are you kidding??? No, they said. So, this morning I brought my car to two different muffler places. In each repair shop, they took me under my car to show me the underside. One part of my exhaust system was bad, the rest was all good. The manifold, the catalytic converter, the tail pipe...were all ok. in both places, they told me that I needed was a new Y-pipe - whatever that it - all for under $300. So, I got it repaired by a muffler shop, NOT JM LEXUS!!

    I have been waiting now for three years to have my dashboard replaced due to a manufacturers defect, and each time I called I get the same answer. They are waiting on the dashboard from the manufacturers. I did not expect such sloppy response from JM Lexus.

    I brought my car in for service and had it appraised because I was interested in leasing a new Lexus. The price they offered me for my 2011 RX350 w/46k miles was far too low and their lease deal was higher than advertised and the person I was dealing with seemed totally indifferent and unconcerned whether I bought or leased a car or not. This was the second RX350 I owned and really liked the car. Long story short, I went to a different dealer and car manufacturer and was offered a much better deal. I no longer own a Lexus.
