I had an outstanding experience purchasing a new Ranger

I had an outstanding experience purchasing a new Ranger at Sherwood Groves Ford. I dealt with Scotty and I give him an A+. I turned in my '23 Ranger on lease 7 months early and they were able to find some equity on it to use towards my down payment. I drove 2.5 hours each way to get this new truck so that tells you all you need to know about how satisfied I am with this dealership. They will be my first contact when I'm ready for another one in 3 years!

Will not take responsibility for faulty workmanship. Ruined the transmission on my 2017 escape. Shameful!

Just traded in my Bronco Sport for an Explorer and once

Just traded in my Bronco Sport for an Explorer and once again had a fantastic experience. They had the two cars I had shown interest in parked right out front for me to compare, gave me full tours and were super helpful and friendly! The whole process was easy, enjoyable and stress free! Bonus... I got to love on their puppy, Miss Molly!

Scott was a great salesman.

Scott was a great salesman. He was not pushy, very personable and knowledgeable on all the features of our new vehicle. He is more than happy to help even after the sale of our vehicle. I would recommend Scott for your next vehicle purchase. Shout out to Casey for his knowledge and help with financing and paperwork.

Sherwood Groves Ford/GMC towanda, pa I had an

Sherwood Groves Ford/GMC towanda, pa I had an immediate need for a new truck as mine was totaled due to flooding. Truck inventory is horrible right now but gmctrucks.com pointed me to Sherwood Groves. First point of contact was Casey on a Wednesday with a follow up call from Scott Hinckley that afternoon. They had a truck that I was looking for and held it for me with just a good credit application. I was coming from three states away and a 6 hour drive. They had all the paperwork waiting for me when i arrived the following Monday. No high pressure sales pitch for add ons just an overall comfortable transaction. 15 mins signing paperwork and 15 mins for new vehicle overview and I was back on the road to drive 6 hours home. I would like to add Casey found me the best local financing rate and had the loan all set up waiting for my arrival. I would have to rate this new truck transaction as one of my top 2 easiest. I would have rated it a tie but my 12 hour roundtrip drive was my only minus. Outside of Sherwood Groves control. People I interacted with Casey, Scott, and Kaitlyn.

Great sales experience

Just picked up a 23 f350 that I had ordered through the dealership. I dealt with Devon Hack in sales. He was great to deal with and made purchasing the vehicle a great experience. Would definitely recommend stopping by if your looking for a vehicle.

Had serpentine belt start to fray.

Had serpentine belt start to fray. Said they’d try to work it on a Sat morning & did. Very customer friendly and helpful.
