After much searching my husband and I found a car that we loved. We were hesitant to travel to Towanda as it's about 1.5 hours but that's where our dream car was so we did it. We are so happy that we did. The Sherwood Groves dealership is fantastic. We called ahead and when we arrived our salesperson, Mike (who was awesome) had our car washed and ready for our test drive. He hopped in with us and answered our questions about the car and even gave us a good suggestion for lunch. After we decided to purchase the car the dealership was willing to work with us and gave us a great deal. For the first time after a large family purchase my husband and I have no buyer's remorse. Sherwood Groves made a horrible day so much better. My car broke down and I couldn't get help from the local Ford dealership, but Sherwood Groves got it all done and then some. I have purchased two vehicles from Sherwood Groves. Each experience was excellent. The buying process was easy. They have great customer service and are very accommodating if repairs need to be done. I shopped around for the first vehicle I purchased. Sherwood Groves offered the best price and package compared to the other dealers. I highly recommend them.

Where do I start? Back in 2009, I never thought I'd be able to afford to buy a truck from an actual dealership, but I thought, what the heck, I'd give it a shot. I pulled into Sherwood Groves and spoke with one of their fantastic salesmen, and was treated like a person, not a "sale." We went over many options on a vehicle that was right for me, and my budget, and they never tried to force me to buy more, or steer me away from what I could afford. About two months after buying my used truck there, my alternator died. I called up Sherwood Groves, and explained what had happened to the service department. They asked how long ago I had bought the vehicle, and I told them. Even though I was out of warranty, they stated that if I brought the vehicle in to them, they would split the cost of the alternator, and waive the installation fee. Even though they did not have to do this, they made me a lifelong customer. Fast forward to this past Friday, 4/10/15. I came in to the dealership to trade in that same truck on something newer. I told my salesman, Chris Case, just what I could afford, and he showed me what there was out there. I was fighting myself on this purchase, just because I did not want to have a payment on a truck again, but it was a necessary purchase as my old truck was just getting too old. Chris never pressured me into making a decision, nor did any of the other members of Sherwood Groves. In fact, they suggested that I sleep on it, and come back in the morning to discuss more options, even to look at other vehicles to start all over. They could see that I was not happy with what I thought was the only vehicle I could afford. With a fresh start the following day, Chris and I went over several other choices of vehicle that were in my price range, and Avery Snell worked the numbers to find out which deal would fit my budget perfectly. I am a completely satisfied customer in every regard! I will always come back to Sherwood Groves, because start to finish, they are the BEST dealership in town!

Everyone we dealt with was more then helpful and very polite. They were not pushy sales people. No pressure and did everything possible for us.
