Super good experience

Our experience with Mr. Groves, and the salesman, Scott, was really, really good. They were very nice, professional, and helpful, without being pushy and overbearing. Questions we had were answered honestly and forthrightly, and I don't think we could have had a better car-buying experience at any other dealer.

Do not care

This dealer had the exact vehicle my daughter wanted so we went to look at it. As soon as we pulled in the salesman started walking at us without a mask, so we pulled out and left. This is the only place we’ve been to that was not following the mandates. We ended up buying at a nearby dealer. I told them about our experience and they confirmed dealerships in Pennsylvania must wear masks. Also, mentioned we were not the first person that came to them and said this dealer isn’t following the rules. Just want to warn other customers they are not taking the pandemic seriously, nor do they care about customer safety.

Hello! I am Erin Groves, the General Manager of Sherwood Groves . We take the health and safety of our employees, co-workers and customers very seriously. We strive to keep all of us and all of you healthy and happy with the environment and culture here at my dealership. When a salesman exits the dealership on a warm , summer day to walk the expansive lot and meet or greet a customer, he has a mask or facial covering in his back pocket at all times. Upon getting closer to the customer, within the "social distancing" six feet rule, he will ask the customer if they want him to put the mask on, or remain distant enough to converse and go over whatever the customer wants. We always put the wants and needs of our customers first. Had the salesman been able to get closer to approach you and your daughter you would have seen this was the case. I am very sorry if you think we are not serious about our health and safety or yours. We are. We want all of us, owners, co-workers, employees and the public to be happy, healthy and safe through all of these trying times. On another note, ADA rules also mandate that I do not ask a person why they are not wearing a mask or facial covering. I can not, and will not discriminate against someone who is physically unable to comply with a blanket rule. I assume they have a medical condition that doesn't allow them to do so. I apologize if you think we were not taking the current situation seriously, we are, we do and we have. Thank you for reminding me.

Never Respond

I contacted this dealer about a car and they never answered or sent me pictures. Tried going to another site and they have their account turned off. Seems like they don’t want to sell cars.

Great place to do business

We bought a Can Am Defender UTV from these guys. Great customer service with personal attention. It was a great experience and we would recommend them to anybody.

BEST SERVICE DESTINATION

Took my older expedition to 2 previous repair facilities. Neither identified nor fixed the fluid leak. Sherwood Groves not only fixed the leak, but did so cheaper then the others, and faster and on top of that had a car I could drive for a few days. Teresa and Deb and Erin are all wonderful nice people to work with. My family has also purchased 3 cars from them over an 8 or 10 year period and the deals are transparent, easy, fast and fair!! Thanks Sherwood Groves!!

Best Buying experience EVER!!

By far the easiest and best vehicle buying experience I have ever had!! Our salesman Scott Hinckley was fast, friendly and informative. Brandon was great to deal with, most honest car dealer I have dealt with!
