Best Service and Customer Exeperience

Looking for a new vehicle I returned to Sherwood Groves where I purchased my last two vehicles. They have always been so pleasant and easy to work with. Much patience with my very indecisive personality. Never any issues. Best place!

Happy Customer

Where do I begin?? I've been going through Sherwood Groves for all of my vehicle needs - and have never been disappointed. Recently, I came in for an interest in their 2018 Ford Fiesta and without having to ask for help, there was already someone to assist me. Brandon, Erin, Casey and Chris were nothing but helpful and understanding. They walked me through the entire process with patience. Thank you so much Erin and Brandon, I absolutely LOVE my new car!!!

Excellent

Have to say that the entire process of buying a vehicle with Sherwood Groves and Scott Hinkley was by far one of the best car shopping experiences I’ve ever had. From getting information, pictures and the final negotiations, they were responsive and respectful and a joy to work with. Highly recommend calling Sherwood Groves and asking for Scott!

Best Buying Experience

I have been buying cars every 3 years for the past 39 years. This was the best experience I've ever had. My salesman was informative from the first phone call. He worked around my schedule and even came in on his day off to meet with me. They gave me a great price on my trade and I left with a better deal than I thought I'd get. I plan on coming here first for my next purchase.

A better deal than ever expected

Not all car dealerships are the same. The sales staff at Sherwood Groves helped us turn a very negative experience at another dealership into a very positive one. Their small town values were just what we needed to seal the deal and provide us with a vehicle that far exceeded our expectations. And much to our surprise, they were able to figure out insurance and financing on a Saturday afternoon so we could take the car with us as we headed back to New York State. That meant we wouldn't need to drive back to PA just to pick up the car. I can't say enough about how efficient and professional the staff is. In the end, we were glad the deal from the other dealership fell through because it lead it us to Sherwood Groves. It is truly a pleasure to realize that some businesses are built on a foundation of honesty and integrity.

Just got my new Ford Explorer from Sherwood groves. Great car. Great sales people. Great service. I’m new to the area and they made me feel right at home.

poor customer service

Had a right rear speed sensor wire damaged during a tire rotation and the dealership refused to admit or pay for it. Hope the $50 profit was worth it.

poor customer service

Very dishonest service department and poor customer service from the owner's wife. Damaged a right rear speed sensor wire during a tire rotation and refused to admit it.

Hello Rob! We did not damage anything during your tire rotation. We're sorry General Motors factory warranty would not cover the wire damage to your vehicle, but that is not our decision. The warranty does not cover damage from running over something, which is exactly what happened here.
