We were visiting family and our 2016 Ford Fusion broke down and this dealer went all out to make sure we had a rental, place to stay while we were stranded etc. Gave us a rental and even paid for the gas in rental! We were so happy we traded in the Fusion and bought a brand new Ford Escape!! Great job!

After recently experiencing an auto claim, I feel the need to share my great experience dealing with Sherwood Groves in Towanda, PA. I originally purchased my 2012 GMC Sierra from them and just LOVE this truck. The salesman was great and didn’t push. I had several options and found the perfect one. They worked with me and even threw in an automatic starter that I wanted desperately! Since then, I have not had one problem with this truck until a deer decided to get close with it. At this time the truck had to have body and mechanical work so back to Sherwood Groves it went. All I can say is WOW with their customer service, mechanics, and body shop! (in addition to their sales department). When I dropped the truck off, the owner even said she’d drive it around from the back for me all on a Saturday no less! The body shop worked with my rental company to coordinate usage. The process went so smooth that I didn’t mind missing my truck for this time. Sherwood Groves always has a great knowledgeable staff on hand which will always go out of their way to assist you. I have purchased several atvs and a new snowmobile from them throughout the last 14yrs whenever i have experienced a mechanical problem they are quick to diagnose the problem and give me comfort knowing its repaired correctly at a very fair price.

Call for an appointment, they ask me what works for me. They are punctual & don’t have you tied up all morning at the dealership.
