Caveat Emptor I took my wife into Fred Beans Hyundai Saturday 12/28 because they were having and end of year blow out and our lease was coming to an end... in a couple months. I worked in dealerships for a couple decades so I was comfortable and completely understood how it took nearly all day to accomplish the trade. My wife found a lease turn in and fell in love. I’m a Ford guy, she likes the Hyundais, go figure. It had been such a long day I told them not to even wash it because we just wanted to go and eat. It is now about 5 months later and not only did they never schedule or even call us to schedule the remote start we paid for, but they also decided not to completely pay off our lease. That’s right, they payed the last few payments, but left a balance. When questioned, they cite a slip of paper that I signed agreeing to it, so I have no recourse. I am not that old, but I don’t remember signing anything like that. I am sure I did. What I remember is the finance woman telling me that I wouldn’t even have to make the first payment for 6 weeks. So, in summation Caveat Emptor, LET THE BUYER BEWARE!!! Doug Walter

I had a smooth experience with them. Loved the car I got from their used car lot. Had a few hiccups as the car I wanted initially was told to be unavailable... but then at the dealership it was available. Worked good for me. The customer service can definitely improve as when I was in dealership, no one showed me a place to sit and I kept standing till them got the car out, no one offered water or anything.
