    I bought a used toyota camry hybrid. The dealership and used car manager was polite and completed the few items that needed servicing. This was a good experience. I had been looking for a camry at this price with navigation and leather for over 6 months. I bought it on a rainy Sunday right after it came in on a trade. It needed some repairs, and all of them were completed. They even delivered the car to my house when they were complete.

    I just had a very negative experience with a manager at Lipton Toyota. His name is Scott and he manages the Parts Department. I was amazed. Scott asked that I email a copy of the front and back of my credit card to him to receive a refund on an item. Given the prevalence of fraud I cannot imagine this would be a policy of your company for refunds to overseas clients. My bank advised me not to do that under any circumstances.

    I pulled in without an appointment asking if the front end of my 2000 Toyota pickup could be inspected to see if I should make an appointment to fix it. Bob found a technician who took the truck for a test drive and determined it was shaking etc because there were pieces of gravel stuck in the nooks and crannies of the front end and in the front tires. They cleaned out all the gravel, test drove the truck again, and all was well. Great team at Lipton. Thanks !!!

    I’ve been a customer at Lipton Toyota for many years. They always do excellent work. I’ve had positive experiences with all of the service advisors, but Matthew Pearson is exceptional. He makes sure I get in and out quickly, and that my car gets the maintenance it needs. Mr. Pearson is responsive, dependable, and courteous. He is one of the main reasons for my loyalty to Lipton Toyota.
