I called and was told they had the car (2 of them) that I was looking for on their lot. So I drove 45min only to find out that they had lied! They didn't have any. I drove 45min home... they wasted my time and gas

I believe the comments on this page are bogus. every review is positive. My experiences with Lipton gave been bad. The sales people are very high pressure and lie or say anything to make a sale. The same is true of the finance person I dealt with. Knowing I was lied to and getting in my car to leave another person approached me. Again very high pressure. I was there ready to buy a car. Since they couldn't be trusted, I left and bought a car else where. I just bought my third Toyota. I will never have anything good to say about this dealership.

Worst dealer Lipton Toyota

The Lipton Toyota at 1700 W Oakland Park Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33311 is the worst ever dealership in Florida. I have the worst experience from starting at the time of getting the vehicle on lease on 2019 until now on 2021 at every servicing. I took the vehicle on lease with all possible coverage mainly the rental car assistance. Today when my car battery was down (in 2 years time only) they refused to replace or check and asked me to find battery elsewhere as they have no battery and they don't know when they will have battery may be 3 months, 6 month or even a year. When I asked the rental car as an alternative they said they doesn't have any. The behavior was rude from base staff to top General Manager of Servicing. Later I found the battery in Advanced Auto Parts and now I have to apply for reimbursement to Toyota company. I recommend everyone beware of this dealership of Lipton Toyota.

I ordered a Tacoma to be built on May 26, 2021 and FRANTZ...

I ordered a Tacoma to be built on May 26, 2021 and FRANTZ was the salesperson. I paid a $1K deposit and he told me it would be ready in 45 days but he would keep me updated throughout the wait. There was no communication through the process from Frantz. I checked in on the status of the truck multiple times and He said he would get back to me (and never did). I get a text message from a Luis on July 20th saying "Hello Eric, This is Luis Torres from Lipton. Back toward the end of May, you were looking for a Toyota Tacoma Army Green TRD Off Road 4X4. We have received one, please let me know if you are still looking." I sent this message to Frantz and his reply was "I'll check on it. I will know more tomorrow." Again, no follow up. So I text him "What's going on?" He said "Your vehicle should be here Tuesday (July 27)." I said okay. Then I get a text from him Thursday the 22nd with pictures of the truck. It was NOT what I ordered. The wheels were not premium or anything. It looked like a very basic model. I told Frantz I will be there to take a look on Tuesday (July 27) at 5 to look at it. He agreed. I gave him a 20 minute heads up on my ETA. No reply. I get to the dealership and at least 6 sales people walked past me without a greeting. That is VERY unlikely especially at a dealership. Finally a woman in the glass office came out and asked if we have been helped. We told her we were supposed to meet Frantz here. She said she was going to overhead page him. No answer to the pages. Finally after about 15 minutes, I call Frantz and he answers. He says he will be there in 10 minutes. Another 15 minutes rolls by. I am beyond upset and I go to the sales office and demand a refund of my deposit so I can cancel the deal. The sales manager Robert was there and was useless as well. He provided a cell number to me but would not respond to my text messages. On the drive back home, I get a phone call from Frantz, and he is yelling at me for not waiting for him. I told him I have been very lenient on him on his communication and I don't want the truck anymore. He started getting belligerent with me so I hung up on him and cut off communication after I told him I want my money refunded back. He then sent a text message "Patient is a virtue." I am sure he meant Patience is a virtue. I sent that screen shot to HIS manager Robert. I sent a message "This was a text from Frantz. You need to train your personnel on jabs like this. This was very unprofessional on a salesperson representing Toyota." Robert NEVER responded to that. I tried contacting the General manager and even left a message for him with an operator, and I requested he reach out to me. To this day, Never a peep. Fair warning to you if you are looking to buy a car. GO TO DEERFIELD TOYOTA! They are much more professional than I experienced here. I will attach the screenshot of the texts from Frantz and my text to the sales manager Robert. I see Lipton ONLY responds to positive feedback, but not the negative ones. I don't expect a reply on this. Look out for my facebook review!

Last week I brought in the dealership 5000 miles my new Toyota Sienna which I bought from them I told Mr Hunter who was my service advisor I need oil change and the middle back seat was making noise I don’t know who he give my can When I get the van the service sign still on Looks like he never change the oil And seat is still making noise I spend $10,000 down payment in the dealership Looks like they don’t care

I don’t like the way I treated at Lipton Toyota At 5000 miles the middle seat is making noise I be been told by Mr.Hunter who was my service Specialist That it cost me $720 to fix the issue and warranty on the vehicle won’t cover that I took the car back to Hunter and explain about oil but again look like he is there to make his pay check I don’t like his answer

After a month trying to cancel GAP .I have to run to Lipton and calling no one answered or call you back still waiting for them to cancel gap witch cost me a extra $950.00 on my car price .
