    I HAD BEEN SEARCHING FOR AN SRT6 FOR A FEW MONTHS WHEN I CAME ACCROSS ONE AT LANSDALE CHRYSLER JEEP. WHEN I ARRIVED THERE, I WAS TREATED THE SAME AS IF I WERE BUYING A NEW CAR. EVERYONE WAS COURTEOUS, VERY FRIENDLY, AND SEEMED GENUINELY INTERESTED IN ME AND MY CAR OF CHOICE. EVERYTHING WAS DONE QUICKLY AND PROFICIENTLY, THE CAR WAS IMMACULATE AND COMPLETELY SERVICED, WITH A FULL TANK. COULD NOT HAVE ASKED FOR A BETTER EXPERIENCE. EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE 80 PLUS MILES AWAY, I WILL PROBABLY TAKE THE CAR THERE FOR SERVICE, UNLESS IT IS SOMETHING VERY MINOR. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP VERY HIGHLY.

    Took my 2014 Ram in for service what we expected to be warrantee work on the air suspension, the truck was riding uneven and wouldn't raise or lower. The service rep tells me its not covered by warrantee that it's collision damage, even though we never hit anything - speculation on how it could have occurred in the parking lot or after the snow strom (that I didn't drive in) I call BS. Regardless it still needs to be fixed. We are called stating it's done and ready for pick up on saturday, we head over and turn our rental in, they pull the truck around and head home. When we get home we notice the truck is still uneven, like inches off from side to side, even the brackets are off inches! Call the dealership back to be told they had their guy with 20 years experience work on it for 3 hours, all I can think is, seriously your skilled technician didn't notice the truck is still sitting lopsided? Let alone noticing the brackets are bent/lopsided? Even I can see the difference looking under the truck! Plus you charged me for his time! Needless to say I'm beyond pissed that we need to take more time off for work to get it looked at yet again for something that was "my fault" and then "fixed" once by this "skilled technician"

    Hello Danielle, I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the experience you had with our service department in regards to your 2014 Ram. Our service department inspected your concerns. When your truck was in the air the technician saw the sway bar on the passenger side was severely bent. We took photos of the damaged parts and shared the photos with you and your husband, Jason. We also gave you the damaged part. Unfortunately, this issue could not be covered by warranty. We did give you a complimentary loaner car while we repaired your truck. 100% customer satisfaction is what we strive for. After you picked your truck up you called us and said the suspension was still not correct. We scheduled an appointment for Monday and provided you with another loaner car. The air suspension will be recalibrated today. We pride ourselves on our exceptional service to all customers and we feel this is evident in the way Chris has accommodated you.     If anyone is looking into buying a jeep this is the place to go. I had such a great experience! Jim & Jeremy were so helpful, friendly and really went above and beyond to help me get my dream car! Jim was so knowledgeable and helpful during the buying process ( with my million questions) and made my husband and I feel so comfortable! I am so over the moon with my new car,I absolutely love it!     Great dealership. They are kind of nestled at their 309 (5 points intersection) and not extremely visible, but I am happy that I found them. I just want to say that this is a great place to buy a car and have it serviced. The people care about your automotive needs and will make sure your vehicle is repaired to exact specification. I purchased my vehilce and had it serviced at this dealer and they did an excellent job. Really surpassed any other experience I've had at any other dealership. Since I am single, I need a car when my is being serviced. They provided me one at no charge. That is what I call superb customer service. Please check them out.

    Our salesman Jim was great. He was friendly knowledgeable and extremely helpful and attentive. He made the whole buying experience easy without any stress. The whole experience was super and my husband and I could not be more pleased with the service and how smoothly it all went from choosing the car through signing the papers to driving off the lot

    Just purchased my sixth vehicle at this dealership. Over the years I have always been treated with respect and courtesy, From the time of my first purchase through years of service the dealership has been outstanding. I can't say enough about Paul Angulo who has worked with me through vehicle selection, sales closing, prep and delivery. He has always made sure my needs have been addressed and epitomizes the "customer first" philosophy. The service department is top notch. Service advisors Chris Dash and Jeff Brown are extremely knowledgeable and work closely with an experienced and highly trained group of technicians. I have purchased a lot of cars over the past 20 years and can say I will keep coming back to this dealership.

    From the minute I entered this dealership the employees were great. Jim Collins came up and ask if he could help me, I told him Jay was expecting me and he proceeded to go get him. I ended up being lucky enough to have Jim as my salesman after all. He was a great guy so very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. With all this technology my head was spinning, Jim took the time to sit with me and go through every button there was in my new Jeep. (there are a lot of them). He gave me his number and told me to give him a call if i needed anything, he was here for me anytime. So when you go to this dealership ask for Jim, you will be getting the best.

    I didn't feel pressured working with Jim at Landsdale Jeep.. I was given information and realistic pricing and given time to evaluate all of my options. I also have a hectic work schedule and he made himself readily available...even on his day off if needed. Very happy with my experience and new Jeep!
