Pathetic Service!

Pathetic Service!! They towed my car for a puncture at 11:00am and then .... nothing for 5h despite 6 calls that never got a technician to return a call. finally I find out that it isn't being dealt with because I didn't make an appointment... Seriously, I'm supposed to know I'm going to have a puncture a week in advance. Their excuse for no communication is, they are a franchise and corporate do the towing ...maybe corporate should vet their franchisees better.

The sales advisor, Mr.

The sales advisor, Mr. Salim Jaber was exceptionally helpful in getting us the vehicle we were looking to purchase. Once he located it, he brought it to the dealership, we bought it. No stress transaction. Very professional and very helpful to make the deal happened.

The greatest asset of this dealership is its GM Mike

The greatest asset of this dealership is its GM Mike Ochoa. Highly ethical, knowledgeable and professional, he provides an outstanding customer service going above and beyond his job description. He singlehandedly offsets any negative experience caused by some of dealership’s employees who care only about $$. Company is lucky to have him.
