I wasn?t going to submit feedback, but this is the third reminder so I figured I should. I normally provide five star ratings, but this time left me with... a bad feeling in my gut. Service was marginal and I felt I wasn?t that important to the service rep. I felt he wa not interested or sympathetic to my issue and also felt he didn?t try to do all in his power to help me.

I was not out to purchase a new vehicle but the deal and the vehicle I was shown I definitely could not pass it up. My salesman was top notch and the manager... was not at all forcing me into anything I did not want to do.. They told me to take my time and decide. It was an awesome experience.

Installed running boards on my truck. I thought they would be lower. I don't know if they could be mounted lower. That first step is a big step. They... did a good job. The chrome running boards look sharp.

I was over charged for my car emission test for state inspection. I was exempt and charged for a full test. I was not happy. I had to make a second trip... to get my money back. I was shocked by this.
