After purchasing a used vehicle from Patriot Chevy, I was initially impressed by the professionalism and pleasant demeanor of the staff. However, my overall experience was marred by a concerning issue regarding the presentation and handling of warranty options during the finance process. While the car itself met my expectations and was competitively priced, I encountered difficulties when navigating the warranty offerings. Although I selected what I believed to be comprehensive coverage, I later discovered that additional charges were included in my financing agreement for warranties that were not clearly delineated during the discussion. Upon realizing the discrepancy, I sought to rectify the situation by attempting to cancel these warranties, only to be informed that post-sale cancellations were not possible. While I acknowledge the nature of business transactions, the manner in which these warranties were presented and integrated into the financing process raised concerns regarding transparency and clarity. Despite my satisfaction with the vehicle itself, I am compelled to caution potential buyers to exercise diligence and scrutiny when considering warranty options at Patriot Chevy. My intention is not to disparage the dealership, but rather to alert others to the importance of thorough comprehension and transparency in such transactions. 16' GMC Savana 3500 Chassis Cab / Service Body.

16' GMC Savana 3500 Chassis Cab Enclosed Service Body. Transmission Problem....No More!!! I had my Truck towed to Patriot Dealership, met Mike DelGaudio & he told me they would look at my truck after another local GM dealership told me no. Mike called me the next day & sent me a video explaining everything, told me what the issues were and gave me options to make the best decision based on my use of the truck. Mike knew I was a General Contractor and needed my truck back to go to work. Mike soon called me telling me my truck was repaired and to come pick it up. The Best Service I've had among any of the local GM dealerships I've been. Patriot & Mike will service all my trucks in the future. Mike DelGaudio was the best service advisor I have ever dealt with. Thanks 5 Stars Excellent

I've been taking my vehicles to this dealership for years

I've been taking my vehicles to this dealership for years and never had any problems. I would schedule an early appointment for state inspection. I would be in and out in an hour and a half. I scheduled in advance an 8:30 a.m. appointment for today. I was told it will probably take a few hours to get it in. I dropped it of at 8:20 a.m. they didn't finish until 4:00p.m. 7.5 hrs. and it didn't need anything. If I schedule an 8:30 a.m. service, I expect that service to start happening at 8:30 a.m! This never happened before Patriot took over. Once they took over the service went downhill. I'll never ever allow this to happen again.

Shady practices

I was looking for information about a truck that I saw online so I called and spoke to a salesman and we agreed on a price and when I got there that salesman was with another customer so another salesman helped me and he came back with a price that wasn’t what we agreed upon so I left very dissatisfied with the customer service. I will never buy a car from this company.

Troy and the team at Patriot Chevrolet Warminster were personable, friendly, accommodating, and super helpful! Leasing our equinox was a breeze! Troy was able to help us with financing and was very knowledgeable about the inventory. He was patient and I would highly recommend buying/leasing your car at Patriot Chevrolet in warminster!

Great customer service [Courtney Schultz]

Had my 2018 Chevy Trailblazer go in for transmission problem. Very responsive as they installed a brand new transmission that was under warranty . Courtney Schultz was very attentive to all aspects and great communication thru out. Will be taken my car there from now on for all services. thanks again Courtney !

Necessary repairs were not completed pays over $600 and necessary repairs we're not done service manager did not listen to my complaint. Noise in left rear wheel was obvious and did not replace the rear wheel bearing as requested
