Horrible experience. Made an appointment today to get a price on an Accord EX model today. The salesperson had a sport model fo me to test drive for some reason. When I explained that I didn't need to test drive the vehicle and just wanted the their best price she got the manager and came back with a price $3000 more then another Honda dealership gave me a few days before!! If you want the the best price don't come to this dealership!

Liars and Cheaters
I brought all this to Sussman Honda and requested a return / refund / assistance for this, and absolutely no help what so ever. According to their Manager Lorenzo, as soon as you take it off their lot, they are not responsible. So do you really want to go there...I absolutely would not!!!!
awful customer service
My wife and I arrived at your sister dealership to purchase a vehicle we seen on auto trader. Spoke with a gentleman about the vehicle and if there was anything comparable on the lot today. He stated there wasnt anything on his lot, but Sussman honda down the street has more used vehicles. We drove down the street to your lot (sussman honda), walked inside to find someone to help us, most people looked busy helping other folks. We had a guy who walked past us, who didnt say anything to us. Then came back to us after i was still looking for someone to help us, and asked if we were being helped. I explained what happened with the other dealership then asked what he had on the lot that fit our criteria. The gentleman did not seem happy to be there, didnt greet us, and didnt even introduce himself to us. (Later found out his name was Chris) After looking through vehicles on the computer we decided to check out a used Kia. Chris got us the Key and walked us to the vehicle, once there Chris held the key out and said “here it is”. I took the key and started to look inside the vehicle. Chris Disappeared. Chris did not share any information on this vehicle with us other then year make model price and milage. My wife and i had to get all information from the window sticker. Not happy with our experience thus far, we still liked the vehicle and wanted to talk about making the purchase. We went back inside after a couple mins to find Chris wandering around inside. I told him we were interested in the vehicle and i would like to get a price for a trade in. Chris asked me information about my car then took the keys to his manager. Again.... Chris disappeared. Chris would walk by us randomly, no communication with us as to whats going on. My wife and i still sitting at his desk for 20mins, no update on the trade in, and Chris has disappeared again. I walked to the bathroom and i see chris sitting down chatting with one of his co workers which i later found out was a manager. I went over and confronted Chris about his poor customer service and that my wife and i were not happy. Chris then came over with a trade in value, which i did not agree with. Chris said to me “No matter what number we came up with, you werent going to be happy with it anyways.” No purchase was made as we couldn’t agree on trade in value. I have never felt disrespected so much in my life by someone who is there to sell vehicles. (After all, its your job) Was my money not good enough? Was there not enough profit to be made off of the vehicle i chose? Unprofessional, Unacceptable, and poor customer service by Chris.
Buyer Beware! They talk a good talk, have you leave a review while you are sitting waiting for the finance manager to finish your deal and then see you on your way. Well three days after purchasing my brand new car, I notice a huge gash in the backseat. Call Romeo back on the phone and he tells me come right over so his manager can see, I drive 20 minutes after work to get there and his manager is busy... he takes a picture and tells me we will take care of it.. I call him for two weeks asking when, he tells me “it’s the end of the month, you gotta wait” I GOTTA WAIT??? Finally get the seat cover fixed and now my tire pressure light has come on twice. This after they sold me the car with the tires severely under inflated and I filled them myself. Call the manager STEVE who tells me no big deal, you probably hit a pothole and that’s why the light came on.... This place is a joke. Horrible, horrible customer service. Do yourself a favor and run to another dealership.
My second and last Honda lease. Lots of pressure to make a deal, then you have to sit around. They lied about disposition fee and were no help with turning in my leased vehicle.
I went to Sussman Honda last week as my first of what I thought would be several stops to find a replacement for my 2003 Civic. My salesperson, Meyers Yadan, pegged me instantly (and correctly) as a value-minded customer and guided me toward some excellent 2014 and 2015 options. Ultimately, though, for the price I was given, I went for a Certified Pre-Owned 2017 Civic with very few miles on it (not a result of a sales pitch, mind you; if anything, Meyers was more in line with the sensible and money-saving decision). Manager Karen Cannon pulled some strings to match financing options with what my outside lender had offered, and within hours of my arrival I drove away in a practically new car with a used car price. Overall, it was a pleasure doing business at Sussman. Not only do I love the car, I know I can count on it to get me reliably through many years of driving. More importantly, in the conversations that came up with both Myers and Karen during the time I was there, I realized I was dealing with good people. All in all, I would not hesitate to recommend Sussman to anyone in the market.
Excellent Customer Service
We take this time to recognize and honor a particular and unique salesperson named James Portley. Mr. Portley deserves kudos for his excellent and friendly service. He knew exactly what we wanted and delivered. Although we experienced some delays, beyond his control ... Mr. Portley continued to demonstrate service beyond the issue at hand. Sussman Honda should take pride in knowing that Mr. Portley cares for the customers and goes the extra mile to ensure he meets the needs of his customer. Customer First is his motto and we valued his commitment. We are very happy with our vehicle and would recommend Mr. Portley to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
Doc Support Specialist
Came in for a oil change and registration,waited for 2 1/2 hours, the first time I had an oil change I waited 2 hr, which should take 30 minutes to do. If it wasn't cause I brought the oil change special I would go to another Honda dealer.
