They... took a wish list and found me the perfect car for me and my family in our price range. Tirrell and Lane are a great team. Hands down...this is the best dealership in the Philadelphia area!!
I have a little bit of a different story than most reviews. I have owned my present car for over 10 years and not a fan of change. I have never owned a... Infinity before and ventured into the the Ardmore dealership. The salesperson that helped was, Mike Lewis. We all know that car salesman can be pushy, annoying and long winded. Mike was professional, polite, well-informed, articulate and responsive. He answered my questions directly and respectfully. So much that, I decided to buy a Infinity. The actual process of my new purchase and the trade-in was quick, painless and affable. Mike really was terrific with every aspect. I drove my car home and immediately thought that I made a mistake. I test drove the care before but for some reason decided suddenly that this car was not for me. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the car, just having buyers remorse. I thought that I should sleep on it before doing anything and in the morning, I felt the same. I called up the manager, Nick Maraopis, whom I me the night before and simple said, I just bought this car last evening, drove it home and think I made a mistake. What are my options. Without a moments pause, Nick said that I can take it back and he will give me a full refund and give me my old car back. He further said that a car is a big purchase and no matter what the law says, he would never stick me in a car after one night that I did not want. He was wonderful. He further asked about what was it that I did not like. After I told him, he offered to let me drive around in another model for a couple days in a dealers. If I like it, we will figure out the deal, if not, he will give me back my car and all of my money, which he ended up doing 100%. He was a incredible man of his word. Whatever vehicle I end up buying, I would surely consider Infinity of Ardmore with Mike and Nick the most helpful, thoughtful and professional car dealership I have ever dealt with and would surely consider them again!
We leased a QX60 from Infiniti of Ardmore last Fall. I asked the sales rep several times to get me a cargo net for the trunk and he never followed through... on that. Apparently, this is not a standard item on a $47k vehicle. lol...and I asked the service dept several times if they would be willing to pick-up my QX60 at my Malvern office for maintenance and again never heard back. I know they offer this to other customers, so not sure why they're not interested in helping me....Then a few months later, I asked the sales dept to give me some advice on my lease options as I was over on miles. I have yet to hear back from anyone. I would not recommend this dealership as they seem to not care about their customers.
We own 2 Infiniti's presently, I have bought 2 other Infinity's from a competing dealer. My wife leased on July 24 I am still waiting for the refund check... that was promised during the sales close, as I would have the check the following week. It is 08/15/2015. Call general manager Nick Maropis and sales Joe Esposito twice, emailed both no response from management, Joe promised to have someone call me back. I will be contacting infinity parent corporation customer care department to make them aware of this dealer. Infiniti of Ardmore does not care about the customer. You have make a loyal customer into an completely disappointed ex customer.
I have been a long term Infiniti of Ardmore customer. This would have been my fifth auto purchased from them, but I am going elsewhere. The sales team... and the sales managers care nothing about the loyal customers, let alone customers in general. They will say anything just to get you into the agency. Once there, it is a different story. The sales person with whom the customer has an appointment might not even be there on the appointment day and whoever is there, knows nothing about the agreement. You are actually told that it was just to get you in....and after a day had been taken off from work at great expense. When the sales manager is told about this, he does not care. A sarcastic remark was the result. I have had problems with this agency lately in general. Extreme lateness in pickups, mix ups, and a total disregard for the customer's time. This is a very terrible agency. They not only have lost me as a customer, but all of my friends and co-workers. I have already told 6 to go elsewhere and they have. Of importance, I have tried to rectify this with the managers by phone a number of times, and things only became woorse. Sarcasm was usual on their part.
This dealership is very deceptive and simply cares ;ittle about their customers. They do not return calls, deceive customers about prices and options only... to get them into the showroom and deny what was previously quoted. Stay far away from this place. They called me for a good deal on a trade-in. I did not call them!

I hate when its time to buy a new car and have been putting it off for too long . I am actually very glad I walked into Infiniti of Ardmore and was greeted... by Phil Polite. He is such a professional I felt very welcome by his good hand shake and great smile, it was like he was happy to see and work with me. Phil took the time to really listen to what I wanted in a newer vehicle and helped me with My new Q50 . He answered all of the questions that I had and even spent time going over how to use my new car. I am very happy and I hope when its time again I get to work with Phil again. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and engaging while I was waiting on paperwork. I felt like I was in and out in no time. Best Car buying ever !!!! Thanks Phil and Infiniti of Ardmore !!
Was impressed with Phil Polite ... was very clear when explaining the purchasing process, credit checks, etc. Mr. Polite listened to what I was looking... for in a car and was attentive to my finances. I am looking forward to purchasing within the next few days.
I purchased Q50 hybrid from sales person, phillip, at this dealer. He explained me several options to purchase new car and game me good deal. I would like... to buy next car at this dealer again.
I have had a good experience, car I wanted was there and in excellent condition, the few things it needed they offered to do, gave me a nice loaner car... until it was ready, the price we agreed to was written down and that was that. I would go back.
