    After purchasing my used Volvo I was in need of a service shop for my vehicle. I tried and wasn't satisfy with a few local shops. Finally I gave Burdamy motors a try. Wow! I found Burdamy Motors too be very affordable, knowledgeable and they have demonstrated that they care and know how to keep their customers. I highly recommend this car dealer to the public. Thank you!

    Terrible experience. I have been having problems with my new car (2015.5 Volvo with 20 miles) since the 3rd week. I have called them several times; no one will call me back. The car makes rattling noises when idle, low speed etc. They don't care about the customer once the original sale is over. This has ruined my Volvo experience. I will never buy a Volvo again (after 6 mos of ownership, I am already looking into trading the car).

    This dealer seems to have a strong web presence, good inventory, and fair prices. Unfortunately, none of that matters if you cant get a return phone call. We emailed this dealer twice, texted them twice, and called them once over the course of a week. We are yet to receive any communication. We are assuming at this point that the car we are interested in is no longer available but even if that is the case, notification of that fact would have been very helpful. I hope to update this review at some point with a much more positive experience but for now the only thing we have to review is the lack of contact from their sales department.

    Personnel was very respectful and helpful. I appreciate that Mr. Bill Clendening and everybody else whom we met at the dealership made every effort to make the purchase of the car stress-free (as much as it is possible)

    Very rude sales reps ( Ray ) , acted as though my business was not wanted and made no effort once so ever to make me a customer of the dealership, we agreed on a price in writing and they backed out on the deal. Rep didn't even bother to show me other cars or work with me in another way. Not even a follow up call

    Service and support is consistently at a high level at Burdumy. They always have a courtesy car waiting for me. Turnaround time in super fast. Excellent communications prior-to and after service. In and out of the dealership fast when I drop the car off. And they gave me a free pen. Gotta love free Volvo swag to tout my Swedish pride!

    Ken Arment is a wonderful sales person. My parents are elderly and in desperate need of a new car. My dad is in a wheel chair and not in the best condition to be moved around. Ken came to my parents house with his IPAD- and discussed options. He went well out of his way to provide my parents the best and most comfortable way of purchasing their new Mazda 3. He took a lot of his own personal time-discussing all the options they had for buying. Also, he discussed my moms nervousness of a keyless remote with her numerous times. He provided us with a sense of secutity and care-that is not just found anywhere. Richard, the finance person-kept in close contact with me and my parents -and fully explained the process of financing versus paying off the car. I want to personally thank them both-because not only did they help my parents but they helped me as well. Peace- of -mind when someone is working a new car deal with your parents, who are both in the older generation bracket(where people could take advantage)-is a wonderful gift & much appreciated by myself and my family. If you want a fair deal with a caring sales person-see Ken Arment and Richard in finance.

    I don't recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their car fixed. Stay away from this place! This place is full of crooks (including the financial manager Chuck Jr.)! The mechanic added parts to my car without my permission and tried to charge me close to $2,000.00. Only positive thing out of this was George settling this issue with me and he paid most of the bill since he knew he was in the wrong.
