I went in looking to trade in my vehicle and ended up driving off the lot with a brand new car. The Sales woman helped me to get the payments down to... where I could afford them.
My car is out of warranty. Although I take the car to the dealer where I bought it for oil changes as I get for free, the dealer no longer does Mitsub...ishi so I've started bringing to Peruzzi. This was the first major and costly repair I've had on car, and because this is only the third time I've brought to Peruzzi, I don't feel I'm in a position to honestly give an opinion

I One of the worst score by experiences I've ever had. I drove from New York City to Quakertown Pennsylvania to take a look Mitsubishi Mirage. I t...est drove the car and really liked it. Since it was close to closing time and after a long drive I decided to wait to the next morning when the dealer opened. I received a phone call from the sales person first thing and we finalize the deal. She asked me to send her my insurance information so the car will be ready when I pick it up. I asked her if she needed A deposit and she said no. I was a little shocked. She said she would call me back within a few minutes to discuss picking up the vehicle. I bought a car and could not have been happier. I asked her again if she needed a deposit and again she said no. later In the day I received a text message from the manager telling me the car has been sold. When I expressed my annoyance his response was "sorry you feel that". Stay away!! Totally unprofessional.
Dipen is the man.. I went in with less than perfect credit totally expecting to be turned down and actually drove away with a brand new Outlander. Dip...en and the finance people worked hard to get me approved! Great place and atmosphere!
Customer service at Peruzzi Mitsubishi is always excellent. I bring my car to them when I have an appointment for service, or when I experience issues... with my vehicle. They are always polite, and address any issues I might have. I am extremely pleased, as a customer, with this dealership.
