Our salesperson was Alexis Formagui. She was great helping us to decide the options available on each level of vehicle. She showed us different models to help us decide what would be best for us.(Rav4, Highlander). After deciding to purchase a Rav4, she explained the differences between the LE, XLE, etc. We were able to select from a list of vehicles that were in production that met our needs. I was pleased with the transparency of the pricing. When we took delivery of the car, Alexis explained the various items on the dashboard, etc. Michael Demirjian in finance was also friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and transparent with the information we discussed. We felt comfortable with our decision to purchase a Toyota and the experience was top notch. I would certainly recommend Team Toyota and the individuals who helped in our decisions and ultimate purchase.

Purchased my first Toyota! After an emotional accident that totaled my Jeep I wanted something that last forever! My Adult Son said Toyota. On 1/14/25, i had a poor experience with the service dept. I dropped off my Rav 4 at 9:30am. I was informed that the service would take sereral hours and was offered a ride home. I agreed believing my car would be serviced by 1:30pm. It wasn't done until 4:45pm. The service manager offered some compensation for the inconvenience, and I did appreciate that. But service should not be dependent on whether or not I am waiting.. An appointment was made. I am not in a position to tell you how to operate your service dept. but it is not customer friendly in my case. Next time, I bring my vehicle in for service I will need to ask more questions and get a better understanding of my choices. Sincerely Raymond Ostrowski

Brian Wong is amazing. I would recommend him to anyone. He was remarkably patient and thorough and didn't give the impression of minding at all when we asked similar questions multiple time. Buying a car is a big purchase for us and he understood that and took the necessary time to seal the deal.

Sales rep Dan Formagiu went out of his way to exceed my expectations. He was helpful, polite and patient in giving me a good deal for the Toyota Camry, which has proven to be worth every cent.

Chris, in sales, was very helpful and pleasant to work with. He did not push or hound me, he answered all my questions and was very respectful and down to earth. I called several times asking questions before purchasing my Highlander and even after I purchased the car I called regarding an issue and he was right on it and got back to me with no hesitation. I would recommend Chris and team Toyota to my family & friends.
