I was satisfied with the service and deal that I got on my 2013 Nissan Rogue. Buying a new car can be stressful but the staff at Colonial Nissan made it easy. I would recommend the dealer for someone looking for a new vehicle. I bought two cars in two days!

I am taking the time to write this review because it has been a long time since I experienced such an excellent standard of customer service. Chris and Antatoly were not only patient but extremely friendly and helpful. Jeff Garfinkel was.... the epitome of customer service and class . I can’t thank him enough for all he has done to help me. Not only did he remember me from 2011 but he made me and my son feel as though we were part of a family. I recently went to Nissan to purchase my first car and I was so nervous. This was a very big step for me and I couldn't have put trust in a better company. I had the pleasure of having Steve Gilman as my salesman and he made me feel so comfortable...did I mention he fed me also(a little inside joke). Steve took my information and went to the back and right there and then I wanted to leave because I thought he would come back and tell me I wasn't approved but instead he came back with a set of keys and told me to meet him out front. Test driving the car made me feel a little bit better but I wanted to get down to the nitty gritty..what were my payments going to be. That is when I met the infamous Tommy and he made this the best experiencce ever. We laughed and joked talking about football and all kinds of sports that I forgot that I was at a car dealership.I felt so comfortable when I left Nissan in first car I cried all the way home because I never thought that this would happen to me.

Your service center made the experience as pleasant as possible by keeping me informed of the progress and providing a pleasant place to wait for my car. The Service Advisor was very pleasant and accommodating.

I was happy with the experience, friendly employees, very accomdating and I not there too long and I ended up a new car owner! Thanks

Me and my husband just bought our second Nissan off Gary! Going to Colonial is not a typical experience for purchasing and/or repairing your car. They really work with you and do not pressure you like other dealers do. We have recently also brought my mom who absolutely loves her new Rogue (Salesman Chris). Both Gary and Chris made our experiences fun and not stressful! I recommend Colonial NIssan to all my friends and family! And a big thanks to JASON for making the work environment a good one for all of the staff!

My Sales Rep, Botir Abdullaev was great! Botir greeted us and made us feel welcomed and valuable. Botir inquired type of vehicle I wanted and answered all questions. While we were looking at the cars, Botir was working on my paperwork. The process was so fast and seamless, it made me feel lika a very important person! All the employees are very professional and friendly! I will continue to purchase my cars from Colonial Nissan and Botir!
