    My name is Bobby Kianetski and I purchased an ATS from Faulkner Cadillac Saturday May 20th 2017. I gotta say it was the best car buying experience I ever had. I was talking to another dealer the past few weeks and they kept jerking me around so I texted Ben who was off Saturday but he had Tim Sexton call me. I was texting Tim from the DMV (needed PA license bec I just moved here) and via text he held the car for me, double checked it wasn't smoked in, had it detailed, ran my credit, had the financing ready to go, and had it waiting for me. I show up and he's outside to greet me and had Jon go with me for a test drive. It was honestly the easiest experience I ever had. Tim took it one step further and is going to help me get my Mini Cooper back to me and wash it no less. Even Joe the finance director couldn't have been more pleasant! I usually loathe car buying because I have had some bad experiences. i.e. Having the FBI get involved and put a a dealership owner in jail so this is at the other end of the spectrum. I will tell everyone I know about my experience and do yourself a favor and don't go anywhere else! These guys are awesome and on the ball! If felt like buying a car from a friend!! THANK YOU FAULKNER!

    was looking for a used car for my daughter never expecting that i would find one at a new Cadillac dealer the experience was beyond my wildest dreams First of all Jon Turkel took the time and effort to find exactly what i was looking for, no pressure and he looked at other Faulkner dealerships to get EXACTLY what we wanted. i guarantee this i will be back at Faulkner and i will be working with Jon Turkel again. like i said before it was a pleasure doing business thank you so much Jon

    I negotiated the price of a car on the phone because I was out of state. I was hesitant about moving forward because I lived in NY and wouldn't be able to make it to dealership for a week. Sales man assured me that I would be able to pick it up next week or they could ship me the car. So I applied for financing and was approved but Manager wouldn't allow me to put a deposit down to hold the car and they could not ship it to me either. None of the promises made by the sales man were honored. The general manager was the less accommodating person I have ever spoken. I would not recommend this dealership if you are out of state.

    After a routine schedule maintenance appointment, I noticed damage to my vehicle which was not present prior to the work. The dealer refused to fix the scratch stating that it is normal wear and tear (on the center of the hood). After finally agreeing to look at the scratch, they returned the car with even more damage. I am currently still trying to get the dealer to fix their negligence, however their service manager, Ron, is extremely unhelpful and constantly deflects issues. I cannot fathom getting much worse service.
