Dave Johnson goes above and beyond when selling a car! With the shortage of Subaru Foresters during the pandemic, Dave answered all of my questions promptly and kept me in the loop as to when the car was coming in. He was never too busy to see me, get in my car, and help me with the technological safety features (I am 64 years old and NOT tech savvy) and he also arranged for future service 6 months ahead. It was a pleasure to deal with him and Lorraine Dugan in finance!

I am a long-time customer of Colonial Volkswagen Subaru and have purchased my last 5 cars (VW) from them. Working with Dave Johnson (sales) is an authentic and enjoyable experience. I have never felt as though I was being "sold" or pushed. He has always had my best interest and pragmatic approach to selecting a new car. I will always continue to go to Colonial and Dave for any new car! I also want to give a nod to various staff at the dealership. Whether working with Karen and Bill in Finance, to Ginny in the back office, or Kevin who runs the service department...I have always felt that I'm not merely a customer, but more like a relative/family member in how they work with me.

This weekend, we had the greatest experience at Colonial Subaru buying a 2021 Forester. Through every step of the process,we were assisted by very courteous, professional and genuinely pleasant people who did not apply any pressure or sales gimmicks. Allison in the Internet Dept. got things lined up with an appointment. At the dealership we met with Dan Reardon, who was a real pleasure to work with: patiently answering questions and communicating such interest in us and our satisfaction. Meeting with Justin Gliem in Finance was another very positive part of the process as he thoroughly explained options, also without pressure. Last was the "coaching" on the car's technology, patiently and pleasantly explained by Erin Smith, reducing my anxiety greatly. We were so impressed by the quality of the people we met and the customer service we experienced and look forward to an ongoing relationship with this dealership though maintenance and service.
