Came in for a tire repair, came out with a damaged Bumper. I inspect my car everyday before I drive. I'm a little obsessive with my 50,000 summit. I notice... the damage after I left and called immediately. They said the service manager was there till 6:30pm. I got there at 5pm and he was not there. Neither were the techs. I know the car was damage by either the lift or the guy driving it in. One of there Customer service guys said it looked old. But it's been snowing and there's still pools of salt water and it dries white immediately. If you look at the picture you can see that there's no way it happened by another car. It looks pushed up. Update: after talking to the service manager Tom, he was very unwilling to help. He denied the fact that they damaged the car. He didn't seem helpful and appeared to be agitated. The damage was caused by the technician lowering the car onto something. It's compressed. Again avoid this place.
Had a great experience with Terrance the sales associate. Barbera is lucky to have such an experienced, friendly and genuine person on its staff.

Salesperson Mark was very knowledgable. And, he was patient and showed the time was all mine and not rushing to make a sale. Also manager, Dave, was very... straightforward with me and I felt comfortable dealing with him too. And I was appreciative that Tom Hessert cane to say hello to me and ask if everything was going ok. Paperwork manager Sheen was very professional and knowledgable.
