    I was looking at many different vehicle online and had sent out a few emails to a couple of different dealers. Most of the dealers were not very accommodating via email and tried to pressure me into coming to the dealer before actually discussing specifics. I came across a new '13 edge from sloan ford and quickly received emails back from Brian Beatty. He was very professional and understood that I lived an hour away from the dealership and worked with through email until we came close enough on price that it was worth my time to make the trip. When I arrived for the appt. with him he had the vehicle pulled up and ready for me to drive. After driving the vehicle we were quickly able to come to an agreement that we were both comfortable with. For whatever reason the computer system was glitchy this night and wouldn't allow the paperwork to be printed it. They understood that I lived far away and didn't want to waste a few hours of my time driving back to fill out paperwork so they gave me a dealer tag to drive the vehicle home for the night and the next morning Brian actually drove down personally with all of the paperwork and tags and I was able to sign everything at that time. All in all a wonderful experience buying a new vehicle and I can definitely recommend Brian Beatty to anyone looking for a new ford.

    Drove 1.5 hours to see a vehicle (after making an appointment half a week in advance) only to be told it was sold earlier today. No call. No email. Nothing. Clearly this was very professional conduct by salesman Jim Shiflet and his team.

    After having such a lengthy, wonderful experience with my 2002 Ford Focus, I wanted nothing else but another, newer Focus. I found a 2012 in near perfect condition, with very low mileage, for a great price on Sloan Ford's website. The coincidence was awesome, but my experience at the dealership was made great by Neal. The moment I called, I was greeted with enthusiasm and tremendous service. Neal had the car ready for me to test drive as soon as I got to the dealership! After I decided it was the right car, Neal helped me get really competitive rates. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

    We needed a quality used car. After several weeks of on-line searches and visiting multiple dealerships, we’re glad we met Neal Yeagley at Sloan Ford. At no time did we feel pressured and he didn’t take sides between me and the hubby. Neal presented the facts, was friendly and knowledgeable. He even brought the vehicle to our mechanic for a check-up before we made our final decision. For great customer service, from a non-pressure salesperson, you need to talk to Neal.

    are awesome. My car shopping experience was very comfortable and satisfying for me. They made me feel confident in my choice of the vehicle I finally purchased. I will recommend Neal and Aaron to other car buyers I may hear of in the future and of course Sloan Motors. I know I will have many happy years with my new Ford Escape and look forward to bringing my car back of service and maintenance.

    My first time buying truck.. My sales man Neal yeagley was more than helpful.. made me feel like he was there to help me witch is exactly what he did.. I didn't have a lot of money to buy new truck so he spent week searching for the best used deal I could get and I really appreciated that.. Neal yeagley is the man to see very knowledgeable and straight to the point.. I would also like to thank Chester Holmes I f I remember correctly for really working hard to get me in my new truck and at a great number at that.. thank you guys very much for the help me and my family greatly appreciate it.     I purchased my Ford Edge at Sloan Ford and was very happy with the sales staff. They talked me into buying a maintenance contract for oil changes. This was a big mistake. I took my car to Sloan Ford Service department for oil changes, since I already paid for the service. Over 4 years I constantly had to take my car bake to the shop to have the fix corrected. This last time we had an oil change and inspection. When I got the car back, the cruise control no longer worked. I had to take the car back to get it looked at. They wanted to charge me $ 100 for the dianostics. They only had to unplug and replug the cruise control. This is just one of many examples over the years where I had to return to the service department to get something corrected that was not fixed the first time. Will NEVER go back to SLOAN FORD!

    I had a Ford Escape for 10 years and loved it. A couple of years ago I ended up in a Mit.Outlander. I was never really happy with that change. I came in hoping that I could end up in an Escape (RED) and not bust my budget. Jim was great at showing me the different options. I walked away with plenty to consider. The following day I spoke with Mark and decided to make a key to key transfer. In less than 24 hours I was driving a 2015 Red Ford Escape. I am completely satisfied and happy with the service at Sloan and feeling at "Home Again" in my Escape.

    Was looking to replace my Freestar minivan at 235K miles. Had contacted several dealers with comparable vehicles. Sloan returned my email inquiry promptly, informing me that they had two vehicles I might be interested in. Decided to take the 45 minute drive to check them out. Austin showed me the van I had been looking for. No pressure test drive and I was hooked. They were willing to come down in price to make the sale .While husband and I went out for dinner they got the van ready for its new owner, me. Grandson LOVES the DVD player . Highly recommend

    My wife and I had been looking for a 2014 Mustang GT Premium for several weeks. We knew the color and package we wanted. None of our local dealers had that package, so we expanded our search via the internet. A couple of the dealers' web sites were not up to date (car had been sold) or the dealer was too far away. Sloan Ford had the exact Mustang package, so finally on a Saturday evening we sent them an internet request. At 9 a.m. on Monday, Brian Beatty from Sloan Ford called and answered all of our questions about the Mustang. We made an appointment for 1 p.m. (the dealership is 75 miles from our house). When we arrived, Brian met us at the door and took us to the Mustang. He explained the Mustang's features, took us for a test drive and when we returned, they presented us with the bottom line figures. We agreed. Mark Bigelow did our paperwork. He was very accurate and did a great job in explaining everything. Meanwhile, Brian was busy getting the Mustang ready for delivery. Within 2 hours, we were on our way home with our new Mustang. Everyone at Sloan Ford was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The dealership is very clean and professional looking. Brian Beatty did a great job in this sale. Sloan Ford's web site is very accurate and up to date within the hour. I would highly recommend Sloan Ford to anyone who is interested in buying a vehicle and make sure you ask for Brian Beatty.
