    Stopped in early this week for a GPS service issue. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service and resolution. I had gone to another Chrysler dealership and they quickly brushed me off to the GPS provider. I expected the same treatment at this dealership. Happy to say it was not the same. They to my problem and quickly the supervisor on duty Noel (don't remember his last name) called his technician Pacheco. They took their time trying to uncover the problem and after 15 minutes I had a better understanding of the solutions. Thanks you one more time.

    Almost one week waiting for the car to be ready (it was going to be three days) The day it was delivered it was going to be ready in one hour. It took more than three. Only one key was available, the second key was going to be sent the next day. I have been calling and sending messages for three days already with no response.

    Worst Customer service possible. As soon as you pay for car they disappear. Takes 60 days to get actual tag after they say only 2 weeks. I would NEVER buy car from this place again or ever refer a friend to them. I would sooner pay more money alsewhere then give them my business.

    Although it was a nicely put together facility, the service department is doing this company more harm than good. Poor communication (if they EVER pick up the phone. The overall experience/service was AWFUL, we have no plans to return to AutoNation Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. A representative reached out with a mild olive branch on Facebook, but never followed through on the offer to make it right. So I'm putting it all in the"DONE" column.

    I recently purchased a new 2016 Ram 3500 Diesel out-of-state with 26 miles on it. Upon receiving the truck, it had a serious and annoying windnoise issue coming from the HVAC unit. Internet research revealed other Ram owners with the same issue and their struggles for a remedy, which usually involved an improper aligned recirculation door or bad HVAC unit . I took it to AutoNation Chrysler Pembroke Pines where I reside with a bit of apprenhension, fearing I would be dismissed with a "I don't hear anything" or "there's nothing we can do"response, whixh are both unacceptable. My apprehension was short lived after my first contact with the service Rep Juan Guerra. Juan was surprised that I was in for service at a mere 1500 miles. He listened to my complaint and took a personal interest in my truck's issue. Juan took my truck out for a drive and heard the sound for himself. He researched the problem and then recommended the HVAC unit be replaced. Within 3 weeks of my initial appearance (factoring in the Thanksgiving holiday, parts ordering, and scheduling) the part was installed and my truck fixed in a record 2 days!! Juan also got me a loaner for my inconvenience!! The truck is now "new" as it should have been from the beginning. Kudos to Juan for his customer care, attention to detail, and follow through. He is straight forward and caring. The staff at AutoNation Chrysler Pembroke Pines have a true gem on hand with Juan Guerra and others should emulate his work ethic and resolve. Thank you very much Juan for my most positive experience at AutoNation Chrysler Pembroke Pines.

    Great service. Definitely the best Jeep car dealer in Miami. Staff very friendly and extremely professional. Even without any scheduled appointment, I was able to get all services done in my Jeep in a Sunday. It is great that this location works at Sundays. It is very helpful. Thank you Gino and all the Team for the great customer service!

    bought a car in January from this dealership, everyone involved was very pleasant. In particular salesman Marcos Uscocovich was outstanding and did his job very well, very professional and easy going, also very willing to make sure all paperwork was in order and all questions and concerns resolved in a timely manner. If you are interested in getting info and buying a car this would be the guy to get it done in a way that won't make you nervous or anxious at all. Thanks Marcos

    It took me 2 weeks to set up a service appointment at AutoNation Jeep; 2 weeks prior to February 15 I called the service advisor recommended by our sales person at the time we took possession of our NEW Jeep Grand Cherokee. We explained our concern about our vehicle Transmission; and were told that his Technician was attending a Seminar that week and that they following week this person was going to be catching up to make the appointment for February 15. I called the appointment desk and set my appointment for 8:30AM; upon my arrival I met with Gino (my advisor) and was told; not sure if we can take your car, as we about 24 cars in for transmission. I reminded Gino that I had waited for 2 weeks and that at least I wanted to have my vehicle diagnosed; finally he spoke to the Service Manager and told me that he was going to accept my vehicle. So I asked; how long will it take for you to diagnose my vehicle; “probably late this afternoon”. I told Gino that I work for a living and that I wouldn’t mind to wait 2 or 3 hours as I had my laptop with me and could work while I waited; anyhow, I had to go and discuss the issue with Bill the Service Manager. Finally I was offered a rental car. I tried calling/texting/e-mail both Gino and/or Bill that Monday afternoon to understand the status of my vehicle; and what a disappointing experience; none responded my e-mail or text. I was not able to leave a message because both mailboxes were full. The next morning it was time to contact Autonations Executive office – Kimberly listened to my concerns; apologized and call me back and told me that the GM from Autonations Jeep was going to call me. Within the hour I received a call from Mr. Cill who told me that he was stepping in and between Mr. Cil and Mr. Amaro my car was diagnosed on Tuesday; only needed updates and they were done and I picked up my car on Wednesday morning. My rough start had a pleasant ending and I will go back to this dealer for service and hopefully next time things will be under control. R Jacomino - Miami FL
