Leasing this vehicle was a great experience. However, I had an awful experience getting my oil change service that was included in my lease. I was given an appointment on July 4th and when I showed up, you were closed. If you were closed, why did you book the appointment. Then I booked another appointment the following day at 4pm. When I called to confirm, they said they don’t do oil changes after 3pm. Once again, why would you book the appointment then? It even had in the description as oil change on the appointment. When they told me this over the phone they said I could just come in and it would take about an hour. When I got there, I received horrible customer service from a service advisor with a beard which I believe his name was John T. He told me an appointment means nothing other than speaking with an advisor and it was going to take at least 3 and a half hours. I had to speak to a manager from the sale’s department who I spoke to the day prior when they were closed to get him to help me. It still took an hour and 45 minutes and they didn’t notify me the vehicle was ready. I was waited in the cafeteria and noticed it was done and asked if I could get my car. They said yeah and then realized they lost my keys. After 20 minutes, they realized the mechanic still had it in his pocket. It was an awful experience and I hope you don’t treat any customer like this again.

My truck was dropped off to the dealership by. A Toe truck and within an hour Jesus call me to find out what was the problem . He explained to me the process which I understood and he would communicate with me via text to follow up with what they found wrong with my vehicle. The following morning he told me the problem they found and the evening I was told the truck was ready . When I went to pick up the truck the customer service was very good which I did not expect because I was dirty coming from work and most times people look down on you when u are not looking like that white collar person. Jesus dealt with me like just another customer which I appreciated. Thanks for the good service and keep it up . I will recommend this dealership to all my friends

I had an amazing experience at this dealer, best service and best price on the current market, I went to several dealers to find the best price for my Jeep Wrangler 4XE and by far this dealer of AutoNation offer the best price and service. They offer just the MSRP price they did not go beyond this price, in other dealer the average price would be $5000 above MSRP. Roberto Lendor my sales person was amazing and was very helpful during this process, he updated me all the time when a new wrangler will arrive knowing how challenging the market is now in finding a car, but Roberto made it possible. The importance of having the right sales person. I hope that my post can help others save time and money specially in todays car market. Thank you AutoNation and thank you Roberto Lendor.

Came here for the first and last time.
Came here for the first and last time. Disorganized. Made an appointment for an oil change, and tire rotation. Upon arrival, I was told that appointments are to speak with an advisor and are not for the time of service. What does that mean exactly? Well, an appointment doesn't guarantee any time slot for service and is obsolete. They told me specifically to not make a future appointment and to show up whenever I want. 2 hours later they finished the job and parked my truck. after waiting 30 minutes I asked if my truck was done and they checked and said yes. During my 3 hours, yes 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation, I witness 6 different disgruntled customers. One had her air pods stolen from her center console (why they went in her center console is unknown) and her "find my phone app" showed they were somewhere in the shop. They would not allow her to check and told her simply, that we are not responsible for stolen items. Dishonest service, and unorganized.

Took my Cherokee to this dealership for a sunroof leak.
Took my Cherokee to this dealership for a sunroof leak. When I pulled in the electric parking brake froze. They had the car 3 weeks. Fixed the leak without calling to let me know the price. Said they were waiting on a part for the parking brake. When they called to say the car was ready (after 3 weeks) they said they could not find anything wrong with the parking brake. Why did they order a part? I left the dealership and the indicator light went on to service the parking brake. I took my car to my mechanic and they immediately found the problem with the parking brake and repaired it. And good luck calling to speak to someone. On hold forever or you get a voice mailbox.

BEWARE! DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE
I wish I had read all the bad reviews before we did business with these people. My son spoke to Stan about a Jeep Grand Cherokee which they advertised online as available. Stan told him it was available. He sent him video of the Jeep. Sent him paperwork showing the price-which BTW they do not take even 1 penny off to work with you. Still my son said he would buy this $75,000 vehicle. We live in NY-So, He sent a pic of his credit card and license as was requested by Stan. He went to his bank and applied for a car loan which he received. He sold his present car-with the intention of buying this new vehicle. This morning when he was expecting a call to find out when it would be transported to him, instead he was told that they sold the vehicle to someone else! My son said how can you sell the car to someone else when you already sold it to me??? That's when the conversations stopped completely. They are not returning calls. They are ignoring text messages. The manager will not take a call or call us back. These people are a joke! We are contacting the better business bureau AND our attorney. Buyer BEWARE! And when you submit a negative review they tell you to call the general manager! Ha!! The manager does not call you back. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!

I went for maintenance and repair.
I went for maintenance and repair. I was told that my extended warranty could not be used to cover the repair. Unfortunately I had already paid full price before finding out that my extended warranty would have covered the cost. Don't make the same mistake I did, always call and check with your extended warranty. Then I got my car back with issues. They damaged my car and made it look it was me. What a mess! I am still working on getting the damages repaired. Be alert and careful with these people. Take pictures if you have to.
