My experience with Bell Honda was pretty frustrating.

My experience with Bell Honda was pretty frustrating. The salesman who finalized my sale was Javier. He was a great guy, honest, kind, and trustworthy unlike the other salesmen. AJ is a xxxx and will lie straight through his teeth to get you in the door for whatever reason he can to try and sell you a car. The General Sales Manager, Walid, was also dishonest and backed up his salesman AJ with his lies.

Every time I come to the service center I’m greeted in a timely-manner & taken to an office, also in good time. Customer interactions are always pleasant, & the representatives are great at keeping you in the loop about your car. Have been coming here since I purchased my car, across the street at the dealership in 2018!

Mike was the service manager.

Mike was the service manager. He was on time and he. Saw to it all the work got done. He a good guy, and he represents your company well. I find a table and chair in the waiting are that allowed me to get work done. Your mechanics must be doing good work. At 46,000 miles there has not even been a minor mechanical problem. I recently had an excellent experience thanks to Faith. She was incredibly personable and helpful throughout the entire process. Faith made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed ahead of time. She took the time to explain the process clearly and answered all my questions. She also assisted me in getting a rental car and kept me updated, calling me when my car was finished being worked on. Faith's dedication and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!
