    First of all, this is the 6th vehicle my family has purchased at Berge Ford. David Kohler, my online sales manager was efficient, courteous, attentive and timely. He is a role model for others in his field. The rest of the team from accessories to finance (Pete/Dwayne) were also a pleasure to work with. Thanks to all but especially David for a great experience. There is also something to be said about the Owner/Manager of Berge as he sets the culture and environment for his team. Thanks again!! C.     I have purchased quite a few new automobiles and trucks during my life thus far but dealing with Berge Ford was the best buying experience I have ever had. Mel Palmer is a true professional as are the people in service, i.e. Rod Mills. Across the gamut from sales, service and support staff, Berge Ford is a class act. My F150 is the best driving vehicle I have ever owned.

    Positive experience at Berge Ford is no longer expected it is accepted that this is simply the kind of service that I have always received at Berge Ford, home of the new car dealer professionals that are always personable and honest with integrity at the forefront of sales and service from start to finish 100% the best... If you want a reference to what buying a new car and the aftermath of what service should be, then Berge Ford is the place to be...You'll see Berge Ford is a cut above all the rest...And I have tried the rest and believe me when I say "The experience I have had at Berge Ford has always been the best!"

    My problem since the car was new in April 2017 is road noise especially on city streets where there inspection covers or manhole covers and tar strips. The car is very noisy and if all Edges are like mine, what a poor car selection. I will never buy another Edge but will look elsewhere for a car. Spending that amount of money for a new car should provide a better ride. The first visit to the dealer revealed 40+ pounds of air in the tires instead of the 34 recommended. Perhaps the noise comes from the fact that I have 20" wheels which have low profile tires. Or it's the make of the tire that stiffens the ride and makes for noise. I just got the car back from its first oil change and the noise was looked at. Somebody discovered I had a dust mop in the trunk under the floor man and decided that the cloth mop with a plastic handle must be causing the banging noise. I took the car in hoping for big trouble with the suspension so there would be something to fix but no problem was found. I had received notice that Focus had a recall because of inadvertent door opening. I had experienced that twice in 10 days and thought that the Focus repair might apply to my Edge but all electrical tests proved negative including my remote control that didn't always work. My conclusion is that Ford isn't building better cars and dealerships cannot fix electrical problems unless a machine tells them there is a problem. And, really, can a dust mop laying in the trunk area around the spare bang so loud when hitting tar strips that people in the back seat complain of the noise??
