Amy is a wonderful person to deal with, friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. You are fortunate to have her. She escorted me to the vehicle on 2 separate occasions, provided bags for me to put belongings in and removed license plates and gave to me. It was all extremely time effective. Many thanks to her

My GMC Acadia was rear ended on I10. When I spoke with my insurance company about the accident, they recommended I use a repair company of their choice. I refused their offer. I bought my GMC Acadia from Coulter on Camelback & their service has been fantastic from the day I drove it home. I called Coulter to schedule my repair appointment & spoke with Amy Mulstay. She not only scheduled my repair appointment, she also scheduled to have my rental car pickup moved to the Enterprise Leasing Company across the street from her. During the time Coulter had my GMC Acadia, Amy called me almost daily with updates. Amy Mulstay is the best good will ambassador Counter has! Thank you Amy for making my experience with Coulter the best possible!

Thanks for your confidence in us. You point out something most people don't know: If you need collision repair, you decide when and where you want to have it fixed, not the insurance company. It's called "steering" and there are laws on the books forbiding the practice. They try to tell you "the warranty is better, or this other shop does better work..." Nice people, they washed and vacuum cleaned my car before returning it. Can't say anything about the prices as my auto insurance paid for most of the work so I didn't concern myself with that.

The lease on my wife's Honda Accord was about up, so we...

The lease on my wife's Honda Accord was about up, so we decided to go car shopping on the 4th of July. We had both read good reviews online about the newer Buicks, and the Independence Day Verano lease special caught our eye. Upon entering the dealership we were greeted by Marty Katz. He showed us the Verano and my wife loved it. Marty gave us a great test drive where we were able to drive on the freeway, surface streets, and a hiking destination (which was alot of fun to drive though.) Marty answered all our questions which ranged from engine details to the usb port in the audio system. We decided to not even bother looking at other cars and pull the trigger on the Verano. Andrew Lucas, the sales manager, picked up on my wife's pending lease expiration on her Accord and was able to get us a competitive bonus which totally made our day! Meanwhile Mike Kemp, the finance manager, had typed up all the paperwork and signing everything was a breeze. Marty gave my wife and I the full rundown on the car's operations -- everything from the remote start feature to how to access the gas tank. He even helped us setup OnStar. When we drove off the lot, we felt right at home in the car. My wife and I typically lease a car every 3 years and we're just blown away by the friendliness of everybody at the dealership and the knowledge of Marty Katz. I normally don't write reviews but wanted to share the great experience I had at Coulter on Camelback; we'll be back!

This was body work for a not-at-fault accident. Even though the responsible insurance company, Liberty Mutual, wasn't the most cooperative in processing the claim, Amy kept on them to get the claim approved so the repairs could be done as soon as possible and always kept us informed of the progress. She even directed us to a closer rental car company than the one recommended by the insurance company. Amy was very professional, courteous and personable in all our dealings with her.

This was the best car buying / leasing experience I've ever had. The team at Coulter worked together to make my trade-in work and I'm extremely happy in my Buick LaCrosse 2yr lease.
