Very pleasant understanding, knowledgeable, patience and most of all know what he is doing. Good job , but need a little bit of touch up . I’m speaking an example is painting.

Service advisor was Alan.

Service advisor was Alan. My vehicle: 2005 Silverado HD Duramax Communication was fair… although I didn’t get updates at first. Vehicle was at shop for 9 days due to parts delays (age of vehicle was the reason given)
