Nowhere in the ad does it list $3,000 worth of reconditioning fees. I asked for a total price multiple times but couldn't get a response so I decided... to drive all the way from Tucson. I had every intention of buying a car that was advertised but after the hidden $3k was revealed I felt duped and left immediately. That's no way to do business.

The Service Manager was very supportive and made sure that I know what was going on with my vehicle. I used this dealership as I was on vacation in Phoenix... and needed my oil changed. It appeared that all went well until I was on my way back home to Washington State when I noticed that I had oil all over my passenger side wheel well. After investigation, it appears that the technician did not put the dip stick back in place all of the way and I now have oil all over the engine compartment on the that side of the vehicle. This maybe a single episode but it left we with a vehicle that I now have to clean up as I can not take it back to Sands to fix this problem
