    This may be the absolutely best experience I have had at a dealership for service on my vehicle. Specifically, the Service Advisor assigned to me, Jason... Thatcher was exceptional. He was professional and is a major asset to Larry Miller, Nissan. I brought my Nissan Rogue Hybrid in for a software update and a complaint about noise in the front end. The front end problem was diagnosed as defective struts, which were under warranty, and the parts had to be ordered for delivery the next day. Jason arranged a loaner vehicle so I would not have to come back and wait quite a long time for the repair and replacement. Thank you Jason and the Larry Miller dealership.

    No wait when I got to the service center. Car done as scheduled and info about possible additional service with NO pressure to do it immediately. A+ experience... for me. I will be doing the recommended items at next service.

    Adam helped me get into a new Nissan Altima through the USAA Car Buying Service. Unlike other dealers, Adam didn't try to pressure me into anything and... found me a great deal on exactly what I desired.     I had a lady who told me she was fairly new and she was training a new person. He walked away and she never listens to you when you talk. Just an awful... place. Took forever to get back to me on my car. Then tells me sorry I didn't get back to you but..... I was helping other people. And told me I needed parts but I really didn't. It was a bad place and I wouldn't want to go there again. The staff was not good.

    Appreciate Katies help. The only change i would make would not have sales people standing right at the front entrance You barely have a chance to step... a foot in the store and there they are. You feel like your about to be attacked by sales people.
