This may be the absolutely best experience I have had at a dealership for service on my vehicle. Specifically, the Service Advisor assigned to me, Jason... Thatcher was exceptional. He was professional and is a major asset to Larry Miller, Nissan. I brought my Nissan Rogue Hybrid in for a software update and a complaint about noise in the front end. The front end problem was diagnosed as defective struts, which were under warranty, and the parts had to be ordered for delivery the next day. Jason arranged a loaner vehicle so I would not have to come back and wait quite a long time for the repair and replacement. Thank you Jason and the Larry Miller dealership.

I had a lady who told me she was fairly new and she was training a new person. He walked away and she never listens to you when you talk. Just an awful... place. Took forever to get back to me on my car. Then tells me sorry I didn't get back to you but..... I was helping other people. And told me I needed parts but I really didn't. It was a bad place and I wouldn't want to go there again. The staff was not good.
