    Doug in Internet sales was amazing. He walked me through the process, step by step, of buying a new car and never made me feel rushed. Will in finance was wonderful to work with. He even got me a lower APR. I'd recommend Tempe KIA to anyone!!

    This dealership is great at calling and advising vehicle due for servicing (ours is never due when call received) but terrible at providing customer service. Forget trying to get information on parts or safety recalls on the phone. Note: They first called us re recall. When I called Service was told I would have to check with Parts to see if part was available. Problem--I did not know what "part" was needed. Parts said, "no" and transferred me back to Service. Left voice message but no response. After several days, called "Service" and was told would have to make appointment to determine what part is needed for recall and determine if available. This is not the first time I have tried to work with this dealership. Attempted to purchase rear view camera but could not get info via internet or on phone. Finally when down to dealership but was ignored by several employees. Purchasing the vehicle took hours and hours, even though we paid cash. Informed employee out sick. Love the vehicle but do not like having to deal with Tempe Dodge Chrysler.

    Watch out for that sticker with dealer add-on of $1000 on top of MSRP for window tinting and life-time nitrogen refill, but not all cars have tint installed, and the dealer won't honor it after you drive home the car, so check for window tint before your negotiation and sign off your paperwork...........

    Tempe Dodge is the best dealership to buy a new vehicle..Warren was excellent to work with, in buying my new Ram 2500 .. Very, very knowledgable about all types of trucks..     I recently purchased a new Pacifica at this dealership which I am very satisfied with. But I must say it was the extremely knowledgeable, professional, courteous and responsive salesman, Frank Monroig, that was the reason I chose to purchase at this dealership. You could not go wrong seeking him out. The car had a minor issue we discovered after purchasing and I am pleased to say the dealership also stood behind the purchase to make it right. During that process Frank was there every step of the way even though he has since switched to selling on the Kia side of the dealership. That was over and above in my opinion.     3 weeks ago, I came in looking to buy a new Kia Soul Plus (this dealership also handles Kia), but my credit is not great and I ultimately couldn't get into the one I wanted at a price I could afford because a lot of the manufacturer rebates required financing through Kia, who turned me down. Cargo space was pretty high on my priority list and at one time, I did think about maybe getting a small SUV. However, my budget was pretty tight at under $20k out of the door, so I never strongly considered one. My salesperson Doug Notter was very knowledgeable and he spent several hours with me on a busy Saturday. He was able to get me into a brand-new 2016 Jeep Patriot financed through Chrysler. Considering my circumstances, I got a fair deal and I was able to drive it home the same day. Throughout the process, he treated me with respect, he was never pushy and he never tried to hard-sell me on things I didn't want or need. So far, I'm really digging my new Patriot! Doug even followed up with me a couple times over the next 2 weeks to see how I was doing with my new car. If you're in the market for a Chrysler (or a Kia) vehicle, talk to Doug in internet sales. He's a great guy!

    I purchased a Kia Sorrento last week. The process took me about 2 days to fully complete. In addition to providing very low pressure sales tactics, the associate who helped me, Tai, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He even followed me to Central Phoenix to drop my old car off with my wife and waited almost 30 minutes then took me to the bank to get the deposit and then finally back to the dealership to finalize the deal. If I had to summarize this experience in one word, it would be helpful.

    I had the privilege of working with Greg Warren on purchasing a Kia Optima. My family has been in a place of transition and Greg was very helpful and understood exactly what was going on. His knowledge on the financial process allows people to be comfortable with their purchase by meeting a need not just making a sale! He was great even though he's a Browns fan! ¿
